Me and two friends had the most amazing stay here! The beach was a super easy walk and there were many walkable restaurants and bars. The hotel was super clean, had everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the cute courtyard right outside. It was a perfect spot to enjoy morning breakfast! Hosts and crew were super friendly and responsive and helped us get any extra necessities. We couldn’t be more appreciative of the experience!

This stay had everything I needed for a quick couple of days away! Location is everything. Easily walkable to Upham Beach which I adore. The place was clean, pool was great, and I felt safe even though I was alone. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen pluses like coffee maker and small appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Kathy could not have been a more accommodating host allowing me an earlier check in time and later checkout due to my flight times. It was so nice being able to come back and grab a quick shower after the beach the day I was leaving. This place is an excellent VALUE! Thank you Kathy!!!

We chose to stay at The Resort at the last minute and it turned out to be the best possible choice. I’m wheelchair dependent and although not ADA compliant (the host let me know beforehand) the space fit my needs. Fit it so much that we extended the stay!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while at Clearwater Beach! Just off the main road, easy to walk to the beach and surrounding area! Looked just as the pictures, very clean and easy check-in! We were even allowed to check in early because the place was ready!

Kathy and the Gulfside resort was a 10/10 for us!!! She greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the check in! Everything in our room was perfect! We absolutely loved how she had her own recommendations on what to do around St. Pete’s Beach! Our poolside room was amazing! Probably about a 3 minute walk from the beach which we absolutely loved! Definitely will be returning!

We loved the location, it’s quiet but you can walk back and forth to the beach! No worries about parking. The pool is pristine and lots of comfortable chairs and umbrellas, so you can sit out any time. It’s a wonderful atmosphere if you’re looking for a comfortable homey space. Great location close to roads to access stores and downtown museums. We were really happy with our experience, would definitely go again.

If you’re thinking on booking this, BOOK IT! It’s so beautiful, spacious, peaceful, and was a private access door heading straight to the pool, and lounging area. Everything here is a vibe, I can’t wait to come back!

This place is the photo gallery but better - vibrant and kitschy and whimsical. Carefully decorated and fun. We spent most of the evening in the hot tub, which was such a perfect and private luxury. The area is not metropolitan - so if you like privacy and spaciousness, you’re going to love it! Mike was friendly and gave us great recos for local eats. The only downside is the distance from downtown, since commuter traffic makes the drive longer. But if you’re not hoping to pop back and forth between downtown Tampa and here too many times during your stay, it’s a dream! We’d stay again and heat the pool too next time. It’s so nice!

This place was a gem and I am so happy we found it! I have 2 words for this listing. Steam Shower! I chose this room based on that huge steam shower. We arrived right at check in. The host had sent us very clear instructions and our code. With the easy instructions we got right in our room. Everything was clearly labeled. The bed in the room was lumpy and sunk in the middle, but who cares? That steam shower was a dream. I used it within an hour of checking in. The city was amazing, the restaurants and the sight seeing was incredible. But the absolute best was that shower! I showered 3 times in my 2 day stay. I can't say it enough, Steam Shower! It was so luxurious and I didnt really want to go back to real life after the stay at the Blue Bayou. We stayed here before our cruise. I wanted to cancel the cruise and just keep staying in that shower! We are planning a return trip. The rest of the home was super nice. We ate pizza on the porch in rocking chairs! Love this place so much!

Clean, clutter-free, spacious, warm, fun atmosphere, well-stocked, friendly guests. Had a wonderful time! Thank you Melissa for making my stay super dee duper!! You've got a great knack for knowing what people need/want and able to provide it. I felt very comfortable in and outside of the house. Put one bike to good use, along with using washer/dryer, fridge and dishwasher. Unable to use the kayaks as no vehicle to transport them, but none-the-less, trekking on foot made me observe so much more and easily meet people. Thank you and Savannah for your quick text responses, very much appreciated. If I am back in the area I would definitely, without hesitation, stay at the Blue Bayou again. The purple rain room was everything that I had hoped for. The entire property was peaceful, relaxing and private. Mike checked in often to see if I had everything that I needed to make my stay enjoyable. Thank you so much Mike for the great 3 days of vacation!

we loved our room, #5, especially because it is at the very end of the hallway and away from the stairs, very quiet. we didn't hear other guests while in our room. common areas are inviting, clean and relaxing. this property exceeded our expectations. short walk to shops, restaurants and a fabulous and friendly coffee shop. it was our first time to tarpon springs. we found it to be quaint and a great place to unwind after a very busy work week. we will be back! very well run and organized Airbnb. would be a great place for a small family reunion.

We loved our stay at the Blue Bayou. Great location, easily walkable to restaurants, coffee, breweries etc. Bike trail nearby. The home was super clean, quiet and relaxing. Plenty of hot water and comfy bed. 100% recommend and we will definitely stay again. Melissa was quickly responsive and helpful. A+++

We will absolutely be back. We stay in the Coral Resort every year for the week of July 4. This has been one of our favorite rooms. Robert and Juana are extremely caring, accommodating, and responsive. Room has updated renovations and feels really private as well. Resort is close to so many restaurants and shops, walkable. Love staying on the bay and being an easy walk to the beach. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
