The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

The Dougie is situated between two lakes, Windsor and Avalon, and within a short hike to Lake Windsor Dam and Tanyard Creek Nature Trail. Are you a biker? You can access 140 miles of trails straight from the house in less than two minutes. We are located on the Little Sugar trail system; take Lago Vista and it will connect you to the Land of Oz.
