I really appreciated my stay at Suzans. It's location, quality and style. Importantly the lovely communication with Suzan and extra things she provided. After a long weekend at Womad I especially appreciated a soak with lavender Epsom salts!

The location was extremely convenient, and what impressed me the most was how clean everything was. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it!

Quiet, private, beautifully clean, and new with every comfort we could want. Lots of nice little extras like a lovely garden area with outdoor furniture to dine at, face flannels, coffee sachets etc. We accidentally left a charger behind and Karen promptly sent it back to us. So kind and great communication. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Marc's place. Marc and his wife were responsive and helpful The location is not too far from the New Plymouth city center, and in a quiet neighourhood. The place was bigger than we expected and it was so nice having the whole place to ourselves. The kitchenette was also very useful - we were able to prepare simple meals for ourselves. Only thing we wished for was some salt and pepper around!

We had a great 3-night stay at Jamie's place. We definitely recommend it.

Stayed here as a group of 6 - was a great stay. The photos make it look like there are three bedroom, however there were only two & a pull out couch. This wasn’t an issue for us, but just something we weren’t prepared for given the photos :)

After our intimate wedding ceremony in New Plymouth, with our adult children and their partners, we shared the weekend at the Oakura accommodation. It was a wonderful wedding venue and offered us everything we needed. Rosanna kindly allowed us an earlier check-in on our wedding day, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you Rosanna and Richard.

I’d highly recommend this private, self-contained unit which is a short 10-min drive from New Plymouth’s centre. It was absolutely spotless, and Kathryn has thought of all the thoughtful and practical little touches that make you feel at home.

We loved our stay here. The gallery was cozy with everything we could have needed. It was private, quiet, tidy, comfortable and beautiful. I’m in awe of the stunning materials used, decor and furnishings taking inspiration for my own home.

Edwin’s place does not disappoint. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I did some laundry and they helped me out by putting my clothes in the hamper, as I was out all day. Cool bengal cat hung out with me on arrival as well.

David and Sonia were very friendly and made us welcome when we arrived. Perfect hosts. The accommodation was spotless, private and nice and roomy. We only stayed one night unfortunately, but would love to go back again.

A sunny and centrally located place to rest and relax. Well taken care of and clean. It was clear there was attention to detail, with beach towels and extra blankets in the cupboard. I particularly liked the little framed sketches on the walls. Great shower too! Thank you for helping to make our stay a pleasant one.

Back yet again! still a great stay as per usual. Easily the most flexible & friendly airbnb host ive had. Was even offered dinner! Felt right at home

Great place to stay. Each bedroom has an ensuite. Lounge and kitchen very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with family. Lots of space for everyone. Very large deck that felt very safe for the children. Food at the restaurant was lovely. They also did room service which was wonderful. The ‘second living area’ in the photos was no where to be seen. Not sure if that photo has been posted by mistake 🤷🏼‍♀️ We also weren’t aware this property is actually part of a motel/lodge so when we arrived we weren’t sure where we were. It worked out really well though and everyone was great. The pool in the photos is part of the complex so it was quite busy at some points. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a vacuum cleaner in the room as this is not a serviced apartment and we had booked for 5 nights with children so we really could have used a vacuum 😅 Would definitely recommend this place to others. Really private with amazing views.

The apartment was excellent for our family of 3 generation's, great beds, good sized bedrooms and lots of bathrooms to accommodate 8 people easily. The apartment was bigger than I was expecting and the location was excellent with easy access to the waterfront with a skate park, basketball court, and bar area by the walking path and beach, all within mins of walking from the apartment. Having the apartment part of the lodge accommodation meant the guests who wanted restaurant breakfast or dinner could while others used the bbq and kitchen at the apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend this as a holiday option and will stay here again.

One of the more unique Airbnb's in NZ, this former post & telegraph office also happens to be one of the coziest. David and Maria are fantastic hosts, and the homemade meals they offered were delicious and convenient. If you are hiking Egmont or just happen to find your way out in Eltham, I would highly recommend David and Maria's spot.

The place is awesome, really suitable for relaxation and Greer is very helpful and always responsive. We really loved the place amd the treats imside the fridge especially the caramel bar. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we enjoyed our stay despite of the weather. Highly recommended😊
