There are great stays and then there are amazing humanitarian encounters. My fiance was staying by herself, while I was out of the country. She had developed the flu and was very sick. Through compassion Dennis and his wife took great care of her. They gave her medicine and made her homemade soup and kept and eye on her and kept me updated. Never have I seen such dedication to Customer Service and hosting as this exemplary service from this outstanding humanitarian host. God bless you both!!! I highly recommend this stay for everyone you will be treated like family with loving care.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Antonio's place. We were blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. 7-11 is just across the street, too😊😍 Antonio was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, especially when my daughter left her cellphone after we checked out. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

After a long drive, arriving at Cath’s place felt like a reward. The check-in was quick, and the guards were friendly, making the transition from road-weary to relaxed effortless. The room was cozy and spotless, with a bed that provided much-needed comfort after the journey. We enjoyed the stay, which was just what we needed after the drive. The peaceful surroundings and excellent facilities made the staycation worth the trip. I’d definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway after a long drive.

fun pickleball weekend with friends! bedrooms were fairly comfortable but we spent most of the time outdoors (pickleball, pool, bonfire, veranda). host is very responsive and caretakers were accommodating. thank you TG Residences!

It really is the patience (in answering our questions) and the courtesy that the hosts provided that made our stay worthwhile. The place may be a bit far, but we've had access to transport and delivery service. Also, the instructions on how to get to the place was on the spot - unlike other properties located in suburban areas that required us to literally hunt for the exact location. This one didn't give us a hard time. Every single amenity described worked as expected. There were sufficient cookery, kitchen appliances and dinnerware available for a small family or group to make their stay absolutely feel at home. Our pre-schooler didn't want to leave and wanted to make the place a permanent home. I guess a child's POV is enough for other future guests to consider spending their staycation in this small but posh property. There were minor mishaps but that didn't impact our stay at all. The hosts were positively receptive about us mentioning to them this micro mishaps.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. It’s my 2nd time staying here, last was 2 years ago. They have maintained the place very very well. In the hot Philippine summer, the aircon was really cold and a source of refuge. Everything worked great. From the hot showers to the popcorn machine. They are so thoughtful. There’s an arcade, pool table, dart board, poker table and chips and cards, huge TV in the room and living room, lots of plates, cutleries and cookware and a lot of towels. Beds were decently comfortable too. Sofa and dining table was a great place for all of us to hangout! It’s one of those airbnbs that you just don’t want to leave. The Claudia was super understanding and prompt with her replies and all the help she rendered. This is probably the longest review I’ve written but this apartment deserves it. Truly one of my best stays ever in an airbnb!! Thank you once again. ❤️🙏🏾

We were extremely satisfied and excited with the unit. it was very spacious. air con worked well. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. it was easy to get comfortable and feel right at home. Great for family bonding and close to many restaurants. Bonus - 7-11 right outside . Plenty of parking. We felt secure.The host was very responsive and provided a space for us to enjoy. We will definitely reserve again when we come back and much longer.

The place was easy to find and access, thanks to Ruby's detailed instructions. It was spotless and well-laid out. Ruby really has her guests in mind, with stuff provided that you normally find in a hotel. She made us feel at home. I wouldn't think twice about booking her place again.

My Family really loves the location specially these units of Luz and Antonio, that’s why keep on coming back, and will always comeback for all our clark vacations. Building - People here are very respectful. Koreans in this S3 Building knows when to shut the noise/loud talkings once they entered the building specially the elevators. I feel like they are very pinoy in this building. 😅 Water - high pressure at all times. Shower all you want. Parking - A LOT of spots/slots. Just be mindful this place is very peaceful so be easy of accelerators if you have loud mufflers. 🙌 Security - Highly secured, friendly guards. 😊 Unit and CR - super clean, no bad odors from plumbing/sewer lines. AC - super cool. No bad odors, can’t smell any. ❤️ Curtains - Can really blackout the place if you want some extended sleep at day time. 🛌 Balcony - super relaxing, fresh air.😌 Laundry machine - new and easy to use. This was my second time staying at Rene’s place and it was just as great as the first! As a host myself, I really appreciated how clean and well-kept everything was. The location is super convenient too—with a 7-Eleven and a restaurant right downstairs, it made things so easy. Rene’s a fantastic host and I’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend
