Additionally, there is a private entrance and keypad for easy check in and check out. It has been intentionally designed to optimize the space and create the perfect getaway for any occasion.

Super convenient location makes this the perfect spot for a getaway in the city with all of the amenities and comforts of home. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval before booking. “Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.

The house is newly remodeled with a modern/Texas touch. It features plenty of natural light from the large windows. It is 1 mile/ 20 min walk to the New Dickies Arena, 0.4 miles to UNTHSC & Museums. Also walking distance to restaurants, nightlife & shopping. Close to downtown Fort Worth, TCU, The Stockyards, Botanical Gardens. NOTE: parties not allowed and 2 vehicle maximum. The door is keyless with a code pad. The house has a queen size bed in each of the bedrooms.
