De villa is heel ruim! Het was even zoeken naar de vierde slaapkamer, die zit in een bijgebouwtje. We hebben vooral genoten van de tuin, veel verschillende plekken om te relaxen en voor onze peuter heel veel ruimte om veilig te spelen. De jacuzzi was heerlijk! Vijf minuutjes lopen naar een kleine baai met strand, en nog vijf - tien minuten naar een groter strandje waar de zon langer scheen. Voor ons als Nederlanders was het even wennen aan de strikte regels voor de boiler. Maar dat lukte ook. Lambros was vanaf het eerste contact vriendelijk en hielp ons de eerste dagen met veel geduld om alle apparatuur in te stellen. In het voorseizoen was er in de omgeving nog niet zoveel te doen. Maar daar staat de rust tegenover, voor ons een prima resultaat. En Agia Napia is niet ver weg en daar is alles.

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

Veldig pent og ryddig hjem. Høy standard. Verten var lett tilgjengelig og ga oss gode tips og råd til steder å se under oppholdet. Verd pengene. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

The house was very clean and neat. It was also very well equipped, we found everything we needed. The location is quiet and beautiful. There is a Taverna and shops nearby. Christiana is a very helpful and responsive host. Moreover she was very kind and generous with all of our requests. Thank you, Christiana.

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. There were so many extras we weren't expecting: snacks, drinks and ice creams; body wash and shampoo; cleaning products, foil/cling film/baking paper, etc. and laundry and dishwashing detergents. The house was spotless, with gorgeous new bathrooms (loved the huge shower enclosure upstairs), a beautiful clean garden and pool, excellent A/C units and quality bedding and towels. Ayca was always fast to respond and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to go back!

Had a great stay! We really enjoyed the place. Three roomy bedrooms, a living room and a big kitchen that opens to the backyard. Two bathrooms. Everything is nice and clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are some small restaurants nearby, a bakery (Zorbas) with great coffee, a couple more coffee shops, a kiosk with some basics. To find fresh produce you have to walk about 800m. The neighborhood is calm. Don’t miss the Salt lake and its awesome sunsets some 500m from the house. 🌅

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und großzügige Räume. Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut- von den Handtüchern bis zu den Wäscheklammern, von Sonnenschirm über Waschmittel bis zu Duschgel- alles vorhanden. Wunderschöner Strand ca 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, schöne Strandbar vorhanden. Hilfreicher Gastgeber, Auto empfehlenswert, sehr netter, zyprischer Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 3 km weit weg Ausgezeichnete Fischtaverne ist leicht fußläufig erreichbar.

Ich war für einen ganzen Monat hier und habe mich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Besonders toll fand ich, dass man in der Tiefgarage parken kann, wenn es draußen keinen Parkplatz gibt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Irene's place was spacious and had a very homely feeling. The rooms were very spacious and so was the living room. Check in was quite straightforward and Irene was extremely responsive. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook all three meals & coffee. Bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. Having parking in the back was great since it's not possible to get around without a car. The neighbourhood was packed with restaurants and bars.

Maria's place was amazing. The location is within walking distance from very good restaurants and the beach, yet private in a quiet area. The rooms were clean, we really appreciated the two bedrooms. We liked the terrace, as well as the small (but functional) kitchen. All the ammenities listed were present and functional (though the hair dryer could have been a bit more powerful). The check-in process went smooth, but we didn't really like there was only one key (also attached to the card required for power).

Highly recommended, Jan responded promptly to any of our requests. Apparment spotless clean, beautifully decorated, family oriented and pet friendly. The location is convenient, a very quiet neighbourhood with court facilities and a pool. We highly recommend the place.

Demetris was very friendly and helpful, he sent us interesting information about things to do/ places to eat right in the beginning. The place was clean and the apartment had everything we needed. Two highlights are in our opinion the balcony, which overlooks a quiet field right behind the house, and the location in general. Everything you need you’ll find in close proximity to the apartment, ranging from supermarkets to various restaurants and the beach, which is maybe a ten minute walk from the apartment. We would love to come here again.

Mon séjour dans le logement de Abdo c’est déroulé parfaitement. Il y a rien a redire. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Larnaca à pied. Le logement est propre et bien climatisé. De plus, la communication avec l’hôte est parfaite et il est très à l’écoute de nos moindres questions. Je recommande ce logement à 100%

Maria is very helpful and friendly and always ready to help you. She gave clear instructions. The apartment is cosy, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities and equipment. I would return to her apartment if I decide to visit Paralimni again.

Gorgeous, very spacious apartment, absolutely spotless and as described. Gary was very helpful and accommodating, responding quickly with great recommendations. The apartment is perfectly situated, 5 minutes from beautiful Nissi beach and amenities but nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Ailecek Kıbrıs’a geldik ve iyi ki burayı tercih etmişiz. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi ve tüm sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Ev temizdi ve ihtiyacımız olan tüm eşyalar evde mevcuttu. We had pleasant 3 days at Chris's apartment. Chris was super informative. We got a huuuuuge, detailed message with all necessary information about check-in, neighborhood, shops, restaurants... Literally, everything you should know :)

Her gün düzenli şekilde herhangi bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını, her şeyin yolunda olup olmadığını sordu. Ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi. We had an absolutely wonderful 3 week stay at Alexis airbnb in Nicosia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. Alexis was incredibly hospitable, providing detailed information about the property and the local area, and was always available to assist with any questions or needs. The location of the apartment was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it was still conveniently close to all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, our stay at Alexis apartment exceeded our expectations. The combination of a fantastic host, a comfortable and well appointed apartment, and an excellent location made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle free stay in Nicosia. We can’t wait to return!!
