It has your own private hot tub overlooking the lake, enclosed garden and private fishing peg at the end of the garden! It has the most amazing views, especially at sunset and sunrise. So if you want to relax in the hot tub whilst the hubby fishes all day this caravan is for you! You will find coffee shops, antiques, music, golfing, Outdoor swimming pool, 1940's weekends and Kinema in the woods, to mention just a few attractions. Historic Lincoln is a must with the Cathedral The coast is a half hour drive.

The Barn at White House Farm 1800's 3 bed Barn

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Lakeside Indulgent lodge 8 berth, Hottub & ramp

Privately owned Lakeside Lodge with fantastic views across Water Ski Lake. All self-catering needs are met. Bed linen & bathing towels are provided. Sun all day long on the decking. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. According to park rules, lead guests must be 21 years of age or older. As we are privately owned, you are not forced to buy the park's entertainment passes, although we can obtain them for you at cost price from the park.
