Central Knutsford

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

The Barn at Oulton Smithy

Beautiful barn retreat with options for ~ spa treatments/massages ~ private chef Ideal for couples, families or friends in the grounds of historic Oulton Smithy. Close to Oulton Park race circuit in the pretty Cheshire countryside. The barn is set back from the Smithy with its own entrance and a stunning private hot tub. The Annexe: Village centre flat with parking

Luxury flat in centre of Poynton. Only 10 minutes from Manchester airport and a short walk to railway station offering good links to Manchester (20 mins) and London. Easy access to M56 and M60 motorways and beyond. Poynton is a bustling ‘village’ on the edge of Cheshire and close to The Peak District. Located centrally, the flat has numerous bars, restaurants and shops (including 3 supermarkets) right on its doorstep. Easy access to Middlewood Way, The Macclesfield Canal and Lyme Park.

This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
