Marigold Cottage - Includes Bikes & Kayaks

Beautifully presented and positioned for all-day sun, this is a great base for your next Taupo escape. Walk/bike to town and the lake, or drive in just 2 minutes. The home is warm and comfortable with a large boat shed to store your toys. There are 2 kayaks and 2 retro cruiser bikes for you to use. The kitchen and bathroom are modern with new flooring throughout. The property is fully fenced and close to several playgrounds and takeaway shops. The outdoor bath is utter bliss all year round.

3 minutes walk to lake. Ideal for family groups/retreats. 5 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms (1 bath); kitchen/dining; lounge upstairs has lake, mountain views. Warm & dry. Wifi; laundry + drier; TV; board games; library. Cleaning fee required, $210. Except used linen, house to be left as found. Personal linen optional, $20/person, please request. NOTE: Please tell us the purpose of your stay, no large adult groups (over 8). Great for family stays. No hens/stags/parties/afterhours noise/smoking/pets.

Spacious, self-contained 50m² apartment located in quiet Acacia Bay, magnificent lake view day and night. Private entrance, no common area with the landlord. Private bathroom, new washbasin. The kitchen has been renovated and is equipped with electrical stove, new dishwasher, portable gas cooktop (can be used outdoor), microwave, fridge, kettle, air-fryer, and toaster; teabags and instant coffee are provided. A washing machine and a new heat pump cloth dryer are also provided for free.

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

This holiday house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with new aircon, 1 family room with powerful aircon and fireplace, 3 bathrooms including a masters en suite with balconies, the bedrooms are facing towards the lake, you will wake up to the amazing view of the lake. New concrete car park and another car port with shed, plenty of car parking for boat, van and trailers in front of the house.

Studio apartment , close to Town

A private entrance leads upstairs to a light airy and sunny bedroom and ensuite. Views of the lake from the front window. Parking right outside the door, walk 750meters to town to enjoy breakfast at one of the many cafes. Ski slopes are just over an hour away. Fridge, kettle, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery, cutlery,wine glasses, chopping board and sharp knife . Iron and ironing board. Beach towels for a dip in the lake. Washing machine and dryer on site.

Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views, only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town! Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees and bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 5. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. We’ve had many return guests.

Comfortable, large family home. Quiet neighbourhood, very close to town 10-15 min walk. Mountain bike out the door to great tracks or walk if that's more your thing. Loads of off street parking. Garage also available for bikes or boat. Consideration is required with noise especially after 10pm as we like our neighbours!
