Our one bedroom apartment is perfect for quiet couples, solo travellers and business people. The self contained, newly renovated, entirely separate guest suite available is in the downstairs of our home with one bedroom, expansive living room with comfy sofa, and private bathroom. Safe and secure, it is bathed in late morning and afternoon sun. Beautiful Mount beach is just 4 mins away. It’s a five min walk to New World, Central Parade shops, 10 min toTay Street Cafe, Bay Oval and Blake Park.

Mount Self-contained Studio Near Beach + Pool

Our place is a self contained studio unit with queen & single bed (plus mattress). We are minutes walk to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach, and close to public transport, shops, park and supermarket. Own bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet. You also have your own kitchen space, and in summer months take a dip in our pool. Note: Beds and living space is in the same room. There is a separate kitchen and little nook with small table. You are welcome to bring own portacot.

The Abode, a short walk to everywhere, is a cosy well appointed apartment, ideally situated in the heart of Mt Maunganui between the main surf beach & harbour. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus.
