The Annexe at Beech House

The Annexe is a bright & spacious self-contained flat with a private entrance, & free on-site parking. From the bedroom you access the south facing garden & private patio. Drayton is to the northwest of Norwich with pubs, a petrol station with cash point, a pharmacy, doctor's surgery & a supermarket all within walking distance. The city centre with its cathedrals, Plantation Garden, & other sights are easily accessed. The Norfolk Broads, the coast & even the airport are just a short drive away.

The Old Paper Mill

Peaceful, romantic barn conversion in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner - get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Old Paper Mill was once the drying room for a Victorian paper Mill. It sits on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Brindle Studio

You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

The accommodation is a very comfortable, self-contained annex next to a barn conversion (host’s main home.) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, cyclist, walkers and wildlife enthusiasts (particularly seal and birdwatchers.) Glancing at a map of Norfolk will show Felthorpe’s proximity to beautiful North Coast beaches (approximately 20 miles) the famous Broads, the “fine” city of Norwich (7.5 miles)and several National Trust properties. It is necessary to have your own transport.

Ringland village is renowned for its local walks and countryside. Village Pub 45 min walk, Norwich 15 min drive and North Norfolk Coast 40 min drive. This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.
