The place had a homey vibe and amenities are ok. It is near the clubhouse and having a dip pool is a plus.

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. Probably the best bang for the buck you can find for 20 to 30 pax that has a private pool and around a 3 min walk from the beach. Some minor hiccups but you get more than what you pay for - the family clan and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

My family and I had a really nice time in Ivy's property. The place was very calm and peaceful, which was a perfect for an escape from the city. Her staff in the property were also very helpful, and the host was kind enough to give us local mangoes and eggs as a welcome present. The two pools were also great especially when traveling with kids. The children in our party really appreciated having the kiddie pool alongside the bigger one. The house was also lovely and beautifully built. The only downside is that the living room was not airconditioned, so if you go during extremely hot weather like we did, at a certain point, people will have no choice but to retreat to their individual rooms (that have ac) to cool down, which is fine, but does get in the way of family bonding time.

Franzel was very accommodating. We were traveling from Bicol and we were extremely tired from the long hours of driving. she was very helpful and courteous. She also helped me find my wallet when I left it inside the bedroom and had patiently waited for me to come back and retrieve it. She was an all star host! Thank you for letting my family stay in your humble unit.

Been here a couple of times already, and it's still the best around the area. It never failed to amaze my friends whom i've invited. The place is really worth every penny.

Directions to the place can be clearer. Suggest it can be part of the confirmation upon booking. But over-all great place, host is very responsive. Place is good for the price.

The host was very responsive even before I booked the place. The place was easy to find, it's accessibke to public transportation as well. They have welcome snacks. The beds are comfy. We felt safe around the area. It's definitely worth its price. Thank you for hosting us.

Rapports qualité prix excellent, endroit très calme et très sécurisé idéal pour se reposer ou écouter de la bonne musique avec un super son. Assez isolé, il faut compter 10 minutes de marche pour rejoindre l’entrée principale si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé. J’y retournerai avec plaisir encore merci.

She kindly assisted us with an early check-in and late check-out, allowing our family to fully enjoy our stay. Moreover, she patiently waited for us to arrive and personally welcomed us into the house, making us feel instantly at home. As for the house itself, it is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It is spacious, impeccably clean, and has a wonderful, refreshing scent that gives off a luxurious hotel ambiance. My entire family was truly impressed with the home's elegant design. The property is also fully equipped with everything we needed.
