An outdoorsman’s paradise surrounded by hunting, fishing, scalloping, kayaking, horseback riding, ATV trails, and more. On site free range eggs, farm animals and gardening to enjoy. Relax by a fire, lay in a hammock and listen to the wildlife that surrounds the land. If you’re looking for a guided captain, look no further. The cottage is fully furnished, mini frig, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishware, bed and bath linens & basic cooking condiments.

We accept extra registered guests. Plenty of land for boats and vehicles. Use the cleaning station for all your hunting and fishing trips. A fire pit to enjoy the night air. Swings for the kids & for the adult kids is corn hole, checkers & horseshoe games. Furry friends are welcome and have their own suite, if needed. (fee is $30 per pet)The perimeter is fenced. We have a Baby crib and Highchair for our littlest friends. Gas and charcoal grill is available, bring the charcoal!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
