The place is one of the best places to stay in if youre looking for a beautiful view and a really cozy vibe , everything was as described and all the amenities were there , the park next to it has lots to do there including a park cafe , gym is right near the place 1 min walk , i simply loved it , highly recommended ✨

Easy to find and check in. Overall, everything went well — the apartment was clean and comfortable, and check-in was smooth. The only issue was that I couldn’t find the remote control for the air conditioner, so I wasn’t able to use it. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you to the host!

Wir waren über Ostern im Chemia Studio und wir sind begeistert😇 Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, die durch ihren Charakter überzeugt. Der Ausblick vom Esstisch aus ist fantastisch und hat uns jeden Morgen und Abend aufs Neue fasziniert. Wir haben eines Nachts bemerkt, dass wir kein fließendes Wasser mehr haben und haben zu sehr später Stunde Mikha geschrieben. Er hat uns sofort informiert, dass es sich um einen Rohrbruch handelt und das Problem am Morgen darauf gelöst ist. Mikha ist sehr sehr gut erreichbar und äußert gut informiert, das fanden wir super 🙏🏼. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn man was besonderes Tiflis sucht😊

We had great short stay at Nino/ Lasha’s place: - Everything matched the description/ pictures - clean and cozy 2 BR appartment with great view - nice park for family with kids - complete amenities, big tv w/ netflix - super responsive host Just a note that the area is a bit on the outskirt (esp. for 1st time Tbilisi visitor), more residential than touristic, which for us personally has its own charm to experience. Entrance not the prettiest, but once you enter the appartment it gives such a different vibe :) However, it is very close to Tbilisi Mall, restaurants, supermarket etc. And if you’re looking for a spa, try the Hedone Wellness located only 10 mins by car.

Zara and Saba! Thank you for your apartment! I had a quiet and comfortable sleeping during my stay. I had all necessary stuff in the kitchen and bathroom. The view from the balcony of the 15th to the mountain area is limited due to the opposite building but still viewable! I loved it at night and early mornings. I would recommend the apartment to those who love quietness, cleanliness and who avoid noisy night parties. Shops around are available. Red park nearby is good for walking and kids! Excellent stay! Thank you!

This apartment is incredible!! we felt right at home. Lasha is an excellent host, he responded very quickly and he literally saved us and ensured our best comfort. Check-in was seamless, we easily found the entrance, and there was a small welcome gift in the room. The apartment is bright, with a surprising view of a quiet courtyard with trees and even a mountain. Better than on the photos. The building has a 24-hour grocery store and a bistro with delicious food. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves stylish interiors and comfort. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Mamuka’s place was a terrific experience Nice views , great location, and he has set it up really well with literally everything you need (toiletries , bath robe, towels , etc) … it’s basically hotel quality how it’s set up There is also a 24 hr grocery store right in front of the building which is superior convenient for getting whatever you need Nice gym in basement (though you pay separately) so you can go without having to walk outside in freezing winter Overall just terrific , can’t imagine what more you can want for stay in tbilisi

Vi leide leiligheten i litt over 2 måneder, og følte oss hjemme i denne leiligheten. Alt som står i annonsen stemmer, og vi manglet ingenting av møbler, kjøkkenutstyr eller av dyner, puter eller sengetøy. Romslig og flott ledighet og kan på det sterkeste anbefales til andre.

Awesome apartment with an awesome host! My parents stayed in this apartment, and they say it's the best rent apartment they've ever been to. Everything is tidy and clean, all amenities are in place, the apartment is very cozy, bright and warm, and it's quiet at night. The view from the balcony is terrific. Tea is very responsive and hospitable. The building is conveniently located close to the city center, railway and metro stations, and there is a trading center nearby too. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely come back. Thank you Tea!

All good things mentioned in my previous review are still there. Nice, recently built neighborhood, new building. The apartment is recently renovated, bright and clean with a big balcony. Rooms have huge windows. Full size bath, washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, water heater (tap water, room heating) - all the equipment is new and is working well. Nice view to the mountains and the city. Nice and quiet neighbors. Metro station is in 10 min walk distance - a convenient way to get to and from the city. Shopping malls and supermarkets (Carrefour, Universami, Fresco), big food market, bank offices and currency exchange points, pharmacies and small shops are in 10-15 min walk distance. A very nice and quiet place to stay.

Had a lovely time in Tbilisi! The apartment was great; I was particularly fond of the indoor plants. Andrew was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay.

House is just a gem! Location was perfect for us, but also a quick ride into downtown. The house and grounds are all incredible. We were there in the winter and it was lovely, but it must be incredible over the summer. Tamara was a very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

Прекрасный большой дом с гостеприимными хозяевами! Чистые, ухоженные комнаты. Наша большая компания из 14 чел (4 семьи) легко там разместилась. Расположение, поначалу казавшееся не очень удобным по факту оказалось с "изюминкой" - ошеломительный вид на город с балкона, интересная дорога, ведущая к центру без пробок. С неё открывались захватывающие виды. Но главное достоинство - это хозяева! Встретили нас тепло и по грузински гостеприимно - угостили домашним хачапури.

Nunu was a magnificent host. This was a visit with a difference and once Nunu was aware of the things that were needed, she really worked hard and beyond what was expected to ensure that our needs were met and surpassed! She became part of our family for the week and helped beyond expectation. The property, its location and equipment were again, beyond expectation. Short and inexpensive taxi journeys into the city and everything you need at your fingertips. The local shop was well stocked with friendly, helpful staff. In short, Nunu provided the perfect property in the perfect location and at the same time, went above and beyond what was expected. My family adored her.

Абсолютно замечательное место проживание, все продумано до мелочей, есть все что необходимо и даже больше. Вот из некоторых шокирующих факторов: - Есть сушилка для вещей - Тропический душ и шланг для туалета - 2е комнаты - 2а кондиционера - 2 телевизора - Огромный холодильник - Печь - Двухместная классная и удобная кровать Все выглядит так будто недавно был ремонт, все вещи в лучшем качестве. Не получилось уехать на поезде с утра, только вечерний рейс, хозяин пошел на встречу и позволил выселение па час позже. Настоятельно рекомендую к заселению, были даже мысли переехать сюда на более долгой срок, однако все даты заняты.

Tamara’s house is extremely charming and very typical from Tbilisi. We stayed a month this autumn and had a wonderful time here. The floor with the rooms is bright and beautiful. We enjoyed the yard at the end of the day with great lights and peaceful atmosphere. The house has everything you need for a short of longer stay. This district is also very convenient as dry bridge is very steps aways, any shops for groceries, and being uphill offers a stunning view on the other side of the city. Although we never meet Tamara, she was very responsive and nice, giving clear indications for the arrival and made us feel confortable. We highly recommend staying here :)

Lia is a great host, and the apartment is amazing. It's modest but with all the necessary amenities. It's great value for money and the perfect choice for budget travelers.

В жизни вилла выглядит лучше чем на фото. Большая территория, много спальных мест, есть телевизор, стиральная и сушильная машина, отпариватель. Размещала на вилле гостей перед своей свадьбой. Очень вежливый владелец. Рекомендую
