Shouse ~ combination of a shed & house, off the grid style. Located on a peaceful lifestyle block, make the most of a quiet location with the feeling of being off the grid with no wifi or tv. Situated 3km from town on our rural lifestyle block, making the most of the views of Lake Te Anau. The shouse has all the necessities needed, a living area, kitchenette, bathroom, sleeping area is upstairs in an open mezzanine style room (please note lower ceiling) and slightly steeper and narrow stairs.

Cosy cottage by the park (flat rate)

Three bedroom split level 1950's cottage, sole use. The cottage is homely and comfortable in park-like surrounds, three minutes walk to lake and five minutes walk to town centre. Strictly maximum 5 guests. Please send enquiry to book over 6 months in advance. Complimentary wi-fi, TV, heat pump in kitchen/lounge, heaters in bedrooms. Full eat-in kitchen including gas range and various appliances. Washing machine. Large yard. Hosts live locally & are available should you require assistance.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Dusky Peaks Unit 1 (2 Bedroom)

Our two bedroom cottages are fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each cottage has two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 guests. Our guests recommend a two night stay minimum in this area. Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound are renowned tourist destination. Also walks in Fiordland National Park and a local bike trail. No cleaning fee unless the unit is left in a messy condition.

Villa on the Lake

Spectacular lake and mountain views, right on Te Anau's Lakefront. 8-minute walk to the town our villa provides a convenient, clean and calm haven to explore our beautiful Fiordland area. Private home for you to enjoy with plenty of off-street parking. Note that downstairs is not occupied and only for storage and cleaning supplies. Modern heat pump, tasteful decor, it feels like a home away from home.
