Our family had a wonderful stay! House was the perfect launching pad to enjoy the surroundings. House was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Thank you for the great stay!

Beautiful home that is both spacious and perfectly situated as a bascamp for all the nearby attractions (e.g., Milford Sound and many miles of gorgeous hiking). The beds were incredibly comfortable and we loved having the cozy fireplace in the living room. Leana was a fantastic host, even practively suggesting the restaurants to reserve for the nights of our stay (and she was right since other guests were turned away). Awesome home, fantastic host, lovely memories ... we can't wait till we visit again.

Had a great time. Lots of space and good living area to hang out. Kitchen was great and it was great having a few bathrooms with our family group. Garage was great for keeping bikes and pram etc. heaps of on street parking as well as the drive. Great outdoor area. Comfortable beds and generously sized rooms. Had a great stay, Thanks

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Rachel's place in Te Anau while traveling back from Milford Sound before heading to Dunedin. The accommodation was exceptionally neat and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming space. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to town, making it easy to explore the area. Rachel was a great host, offering plenty of recommendations on where to eat and what to do, including the iconic cinema, which is an absolute must-visit. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here! Lynnette & Scott

Had a great stay, place was equipped with everything(entensive pantry, toys for kids, boardgames for grown ups). Place is beautiful with attention to detail for everything, highly recommend

Leon’s place is a neat and tidy house with all the essentials. It is well located in a very quiet spot only a minute or two drive from the town centre. May be one for asthma sufferers to avoid as house seemed to have a little bit of damp but that was not a problem at all for our group of five. It is an older style home in a very wet region so that’s not surprising. We had a good stay and Leon was very good on communication even letting us arrive a little early which we appreciated. We would recommend as a convenient base for exploring the Sounds.

We have a great time at this beautiful place. It’s very fun to live in tiny house style place. The place is comfortable and in good location close to city center and all the restaurants. Comfortable bed and very very well stocked kitchen. Overall highly recommend to visit.

We stayed 4 nights and found our stay very relaxing. Everything that we needed was in the house. The house was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
