It's the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a central location with easy access to all the city has to offer. The apartment is located in a quiet laneway, but it's just a short walk to all the action on Cuba Street. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore, and you're also within walking distance of the waterfront, Te Papa and the Botanic Gardens. No private parking space.
