Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

'The Minsion'. A cosy studio retreat

THE MINSION, a cosy older style studio ( no kitchen, but tea coffee etc and microwave) located in our garden , in beautiful Acacia Bay. Awake to the sound of Tui's and bird song. It is a short walk to Lake, cafe/ restaurant, local store and walking tracks . Our studio is often used and loved by family and friends so has a number of board games, and family memories. Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
