The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed Grade 2 listed two bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, known for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance, unrestricted parking, and a on-site Tesla charging point. At the front is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

Set in the beautiful Teign Valley, Coombe Top Cabin sits on the edge of Fingle woods (Woodland Trust), offering miles of woodland walks right from the bottom of our drive. The cabin sleeps 2 with all the amenities & wifi. Fully equipped kitchen where you can cook all those special goodies you bought on the way here. Sit under a canopy of trees in the wild flower garden & watch the visiting deer herd. Large back porch for rainy days and Summer evenings. Sincere apologies but NO pets or children.

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.
