L appartement est très agréable, bien équipé et surtout bien située juste en face des piscine et restaurant, Sarir est toujours disponible et réactif, je recommande vraiment.

Recently we had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa with a private pool, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The villa itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the modern amenities you could need (expect dish washer ;-)), 3 separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms. The highlight, of course, was the private pool, secluded enough for total privacy. You'll need a car for restaurants and beaches with infrustructure. The next beach which we used for the early morning swim is 15 min walking. The host is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and welcomed us with snacks and bottle of wine, great communication, self check in. What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Thank you Athos, we had such a wonderful time in your beach villa! The villa was within walking distance to the beach and a lovely swimming spot. The villa is ideally located to explore the coast and the beautiful Mediterranean seas! Not far from restaurants and of course Ayia Napa, and the Waterpark. Villa is huge, each room had its own bathroom and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Great villa with an absolutely fantastic view from the garden (and pool) and very good service (with a personal touch). We have been in this area many times but this was one of our favorite villa’s so far.

We were very fortunate to have been able to stay at this accommodation. It was well located, clean, with a responsive host and stocked with everything we could have desired. Vicky was responsive to any questions or queries we had during our stay. The accommodation is located by restaurants and shops, whilst only being a short walk away from the beach. We'd be keen to stay again and would happily recommend it to others looking to spend time in Paralimni.

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Upea ja viihtyisä kohde! Vietimme mukavan viikon ystävieni kanssa Casa de Nicolessa. Sijainti oli hyvä ja alue rauhallinen. Uimaranta ja kaupat oli kävelymatkan päässä. Aurinko paistoi uima-altaalle koko päivän. Viestintä majoittajien kanssa oli sujuvaa ja he olivat oikein mukavia. Heiltä sai myös suosituksi ravintoloista ja muista alueen paikoista.
