Great stay in Manitou Springs! Heather and Scott are really nice and easy to work with hosts. The house is beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. The mattresses and linens were so comfortable!

Kendra was quick to respond and very nice! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a ton of stuff to do within a 30 minute drive.

It was absolutely perfect for my visit to see my son who lives in Colorado Springs. The cottage itself is so quaint and cozy, and it was impeccably clean upon arrival. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Everything I needed was provided, and the space was thoughtfully arranged. It was a peaceful and relaxing retreat after spending time out and about. I especially appreciated how quiet and private the cottage felt. It provided a lovely space for us to connect and relax. I highly recommend this delightful cottage to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and charming place to stay, especially if you're visiting family in the area. I will definitely be booking again for my next trip!

Kim's listing is the perfect setting, plenty of parking, comfy rooms, great porch for an evening drink & conversation. Jake is always responsive to any questions and provides any help we need. The proximity to the Broadmoor Hotel and it's restaurants is great. We'll be back again.

Timothy's home was just beautiful. Very clean, well kept and very organized. He went above and beyond providing everything from water, snacks, cereals and even a meal when we arrived. Would absolutely love to stay again next time we visit!

The house was so comfortable. The house is set up to give privacy. Everything we needed was there. Lots of dinnerware and supplies, hot tub, barbaque pit.

Jeremy’s place was just perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was a dream… there were plenty of blankets around which I love and the color scheme was great. We literally felt right at home. Cozy beds and nice vibe. Would 100% stay again.

this is a very special airbnb. the host was amazing and kindly showed us around the urban farm they have built. the living space is super and has everything you would need. it is all very thoughtfully designed and decorated. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

This place feels like a real home! The build, the decor, the furniture, the personal touches, and the style are really so lovely and refreshing. There are even games and a movie collection to choose from. The beds are so comfortable! The bathroom and the shower is beautiful. The location is very private as well. The hosts live upstairs and you can hear footsteps but honestly, it was never an issue. It’s a basement unit, so you’re destined to hear upstairs activity. But this basement was soo spacious! It felt like a dope apartment. I’d duplicate it if I could and live in it. There’s a private entrance and the hosts gave complete privacy and were responsive when I sent messages. Book your stay here! You won’t regret it. It’s 40mins from Downtown Denver but the drive is worth it since it’s in the mountains. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and overall place to stay. We found ourselves on the move quickly looking for a new Airbnb after our first one wasn't great and this place was a wonderful improvement from where we started. Communication was clear and the place was clean and quiet. The host instructions were clear and easy to follow. We didn't make use of both bedrooms since it was just an anniversary trip, but both were nice overall and the bed was comfortable in the larger room. The difficulty of the suite door lock operation slowed us down in leaving, but was an inconvenience in what I would say was an overall great stay.

I can't think of a single flaw, this place far exceeded our expectations—cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches like a happy birthday note, fresh flowers, and snacks made it feel extra special. Tiffany let us know the unit was ready early and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her son even offered to help with our bags, which was so kind. The location is fantastic—just minutes from Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, and downtown Manitou Springs. We’d love to stay here again!

Don’t let the size fool you, this place has everything you need. Private, safe, cozy, and comfortable, with quality furniture and finishes. Don’t be persuaded by the lack of laundry or AC, the communal laundry room (which is free) has a door connecting right to the unit, and being downstairs it’s an extremely comfortable temperature 24/7. It’s a great central location, only a few blocks from downtown. And Dieter was an excellent host, responsive and proactive. Would highly recommend!

Typically, I don’t usually write reviews, but I am going to take the time to write this one. The place was amazing and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and I just felt right at home. He does have a great view of the mountains once you get to the place it’s very quiet too as well!

The accommodations are roomy and the host is great. This is a great country setting, you’ll not be disappointed... unless of course you are looking for city hustle and bustle. The kitchenette is full featured and there’s plenty of room to relax in the living room too.

We went for a family getaway and had 7 people total, it was wonderful from start to finish! Clark and Mary Lyn’s home is gorgeous, and the rooms are so well appointed, and so comfortable, they thought of everything! They served us a homemade hot breakfast every morning which was delicious. We loved the hot tub and loved the peacefulness of the home. We can’t wait to come back!

I keep returning here because it is a sacred space. It is so beautifully furnished inside and out. The hosts are wonderful and I always leave there feeling so peaceful.

We visited from italy and we felt like at home. The place is close to plenty gorgeous places that we could visit while there. The bed was super comfortable and Alika and her family were lovely! Couldn’t advise for a better place to stay while in Colorado Springs!

My daughter (Courtney) and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at SunMountain! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic – close to the Garden of the Gods. Rani and Mitzi were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home and appreciated the warm hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would have definitely stayed here again, and would have highly recommended it for anyone looking for a great place to stay. Unfortunately, we were told that SunMountain will not be an Airbnb property after the end of this year.💐 Sincerely, Audrey & Courtney😊
