Toimub palju erinevaid üritusi. Läheduses mitu toidupoodi ja turg. Parkimine tasuta maja ees või hoovis. Trammipeatus kohe maja ees , hea ühendus lennujaama ja sadamaga. Rongi jaama jalgsi 3 minutit. Korteris kõik vajalik mugavaks majutuseks. Köök koos vajalike tarvikutega söögi valmistamiseks, pesumasin, WIFI ühendus.
