This is our 2nd consecutive year at Mike's home for a church retreat. Peaceful, secure (gated lot), private, clean, perfect for our retreat. We enjoyed stunning views during breakfast on the patio in the backyard. Well-appointed kitchen with sufficient prep space and storage to cook group meals. Thermostat worked well. Mike was very responsive, helpful, and flexible to accommodate our group. He messaged detailed instructions the day before with directions and helpful information (gate and door codes, wifi, bedding, how to operate gas fireplaces, laundry, Netflix, shopping, and super easy checkout instructions) that helped us enjoy our stay. Thanks, Mike!

We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

Amazing location and super close to wineries. Outdoor space is a perfect place to hang out and enjoy the view. House was clean and check in/out was super easy.

The host is wonderful and very responsive. The location can’t be beat! Right on the creek with floor to ceiling windows. With a short walk we were at the brewery and were near the shops, pharmacy, galleries, and great restaurants. The property has many bird feeders that are visited by colorful birds and squirrels. The home is pet-friendly with a fantastic fenced yard and large bolstered dog bed. Our dog had so much to sniff, and she rested comfortably while inside. What isn’t noted in the description is that although there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 shower and no tub. The bathroom without a shower or tub is carpeted and doesn’t have a heating source. Although the home is a bit dated, it is totally worth staying in. It’s bright, comfy, well located, the furnishings are cute, the fireplace is lovely, the aromatherapy humidifier is awesome, and the host is fantastic!

We just stayed here for a short family vacation and this home was perfect. It is a beautiful and unique home and it is even more beautiful in person. The views from the living room were amazing in every direction. Close to wineries and restaurants. Plenty of space and seating inside and outside. Although we didn't have any issues at all, Pavlina was so kind to message us to see if we needed anything. Would love to stay here again.

This is a dream mountain house! My husband and I absolutely loved everything about it! Gorgeous views in every room. Spacious living area with high ceilings, decorated with such great taste, sophistication and restraint. Well equipped kitchen, nicely remodeled bathrooms, spacious master bedroom with comfortable bed, a deck with endless views... And what a wonderful host: Astrid was so generous and kind, truly welcoming! We can't wait to stay here again!

We had to stay in an Airbnb because of construction on your current home. We were hoping to find a place that provided a bit of a stay vacation. And this place delivered!! We absolutely LOVED this house! Both my husband and I work from home and this was the perfect place. We also had our toddler that enjoyed the outdoor spaces along with all the walking and trails around the house. plus we were only a couple minutes walk from Fox Point Farm. Our stay was an absolute dream!

Wonderful place, easy check in/check out process. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Convenient to a lot of shops, restaurants and only 15 minutes from Legoland. Would recommend and stay again.

Great spot for a weekend getaway! Dawn was helpful and responsive to all my questions. Perfect little cozy fireplace inside, first room you walk into is wonderfully welcoming. and the space is split into a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette style set up. Loved the beautiful tile mural in the shower. Clean bathroom! Just 3 helpful notes for curious travelers: 1) Dawn gave perfect instructions for arrival, use them! I would advise arriving during daylight hours because the last mile on the farm is a bit of a narrow wraparound. 2) We ran into a few other folks on the working farm, no big deal! Be advised that there are multiple units on the property and animals that like to say hello! Specifically, whimsical unit has three units attached (each private) but if you’re looking for absolute isolation just note you have neighbors upstairs and might have some on your left. Not a problem for us! 3) If cooking your own food note you’ve got a smaller compact fridge not a full commercial!

We had a fabulous time. This place is comfortable, beautifully decorated, with lots of extra touches. We walked everywhere. Lisa was proactive checking in with us - really one of the best Airbnb stays we've had. Thanks Lisa!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental is close walking distance to the ocean, Harbor, and town. There are lots of amenities at the complex, pool, billards, pong pong. Everything was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay again.

Such a great location and price for Oceanside. We are near major routes to everywhere that we wanted to go to, along with a hiking trail. We can hear traffic but it was never a nuisance. The condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator but was not a problem for us. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishware but no pantry items. We were pleased with the dishwaher and W/D, and yes, there were detergent available. There was a new sofa bed, and TV with EASY to operate controls (thanks for not having multiple remotes!) There are 3 of us, 2 with low vision so we were extremely pleased with the layout (no Nic-nacs to knock over or excessive furniture to run into). Our hostess was the best, so responsive to all my questions!

Ali was a great host,super flexible, went above and beyond to help us out. House was great very clean and the surrounding area was beautiful.

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

We had a great weekend stay at this beautiful property! The pool/spa and backyard with view was amazing. The house has a ton of amenities including bbq, full kitchen, spices, entertainment center And indoor/outdoor speakers. Owner was very communicative and sent out a pool repair person to assist with our spa heating issue, which was promptly fixed. There are house and city guidelines to be aware of, so make sure you read all house information that is provided. Overall a wonderful property!

This place is actually a peacock sanctuary. So if you don’t like being around birds and their noises, this may not be the place for you. However, the property is beautiful. Very expansive, and the grounds people are there the whole time but make it feel like you are at a resort (you park your car in a dirt area and they golf cart you to the door). They uncover the pool and clean it and even helped setup our hibachi chef under the stars! This house had everything you needed. Don’t bring anything but food. They had spices, coffee, all cookware, even hair ties and coffee syrups. We stayed for a girls weekend and thought it was perfect and well worth the price. Again, some might not enjoy the peacock experience, but you get used to the “mating calls” :)

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything you would need. The checkout procedures were so easy and quick unlike other places I have stayed. The management company was very easy to work with and prompt in communication. I would definitely go back to this house or another one of their properties. It would be perfect for a wine tasting group.
