This place was amazing! All my guests admired the small details, from the bar accessories to the spacious living room and the rooms themselves. We had a fantastic time overall and would definitely recommend it for large gatherings. The hot tub was the cherry on top, and the outdoor fireplace kept us warm in the evening. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place in a beautiful spot. Walk over the dunes to the massive coast. Short ride to great small towns, good food, museums and close to San Luis Obispo.

Our stay at the Airbnb was lovely. They left a thoughtful bottle of wine. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of cookware/dishes needed for a meal. It was a nice place to stay to be able to walk into downtown Templeton. Though we did not use the hot tub, instructions were clear. In addition, there is a thorough “things to do” manual that allowed us to find some new locations to hike in the area. Thank you!

Amazing house! Kathy was very responsive to all messages and very accommodating. The house was so pretty and spacious with a beautiful view. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend!

This place is huge! The backyard is way bigger than in the pics. The pics are accurate in terms of how it looks, but they don’t capture how spacious it is. Kitchen is very well equipped. If you are planning to cook, you’ll find plenty of appliances. Great restaurants are literally 5 mins driving or 20 mins walking from the property. Privacy is great. Alana lives there, but you just share the hallway, so you might see her while parking. Other than that, you get a lot of privacy. The property is even fenced, so you truly get your own space. If you have a dog, the backyard is great. If you are bringing cats and they are strictly indoor, they might find ways to escape since the fence is not 100% flat and they can climb. There is a huge tree a well. Some beautiful birds come on it and you can relax in the balcony and enjoy their singing 🎶

Die Kinder und wir liebten den geheizten Pool. Die vielen Poolhandtücher kamen hervorragend zum Einsatz. Leider war der Urlaub einfach zu kurz, aber wir genossen sehr unsere gemeinsame Zeit mit den Kindern dort. Elke

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Pickelball courts were clutch for our group of 8. Hottub came in handy. Wine tasting for 2 days, close to wineries. Beds were very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed . Highly recommend staying here.

Scarlets place was perfect for my extended family trip - the property was beautiful and the house is spacious and very clean. There was plenty of space to hang out inside/outside and enough bedrooms/sleeping space for all 12 of us comfortably! The office working space with desk (good WiFi) were very convenient for some that needed to work. We enjoyed the outdoor space hot tub, fire pit, and games - especially the bocce ball court! Kitchen and outdoor bbq had everything we needed to cook dinner! I’ve rented in the paso area a few times and would definitely recommend this spot for larger groups! Hosts were super responsive and getting in and out was very easy! Looking forward to renting again next year or for a girls weekend trip later this year - thank you!

This is a unique house with a gorgeous view. The house is located on a private road about half way between the coast and Paso Robles, which was perfect for our itinerary of visiting Hearst Castle and Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. Gil was very helpful when we arrived showing us the features of his beautiful house.

This is my second time at this Airbnb with this group of ladies. We had a total blast both times. Totally peaceful, serene, gorgeous. We love it here. The drive up once you get to the neighborhood is hilariously scary (there’s a small dirt road up a hill) but it was just fine. VERY good vibes here!! And Courtney was great!

My family stayed at Peters home over Easter weekend and we all had a wonderful time. We enjoyed cooking easter dinner in the gorgeous kitchen (everything we could needs was there!) The grandkids had so much fun finding easter eggs and swimming in the pool (which was the perfect temperature) . I highly recommend Peters home, he was in constant communication and so easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Federico’s place was just the right accommodation to fit our family’s needs and it matched the listed description accurately. The only thing I was a little taken aback initially was how secluded this place was from downtown but once we made several trips in and out of the place, the drive was not so bad and it was actually nice to come home to a quiet neighborhood and enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. One thing I find very important when sleeping away from home is the quality of the bed/mattress and I was happy that his beds were all very comfortable. Federico is super friendly and he’s really there for you if you ever need anything.

A charming, beautiful home that had absolutely everything we needed. The pool was nothing short of fabulous. Our family had a wonderful reunion and we hope to return next year. Thank you Monica!
