Had an absolutely wonderful time there. And the hosts were more then gracious to make sure everything was perfect. Make sure to be careful going up the driveway by the way.

Wonderful trip to Nashville. the Zhall of Fame condo was great. it's in a good location very near to the Moonshine place and White duck tacos. Both of those places are fun and good food. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a delight. Loved that it wasn't heated, because it was hot out. we walked most places we went and believe me I'm not that young!! Savanna always gets back to you soon if you need her, but you probably won't because she has to everything thought out and very clear instructions!!! It was quiet at night and I slept like a baby. Don't hesitate to rent this place it was 100% worth it. I have great memories of Nashville spent with my hubby and two sons.

My family and I were beyond impressed with this rental. We had dinner at Filo's Tavern as soon as we arrived. The environment was lively and the service was very hospitable. I highly recommend the Mongolian Ribeye Steak if you like a sauce that is on the sweeter side and we also had the special for the day which was Swordfish Kabobs on a bed of rice. The Swordfish was plated beautifully and tasted fantastic. The interior design was extremely charming and well-designed. I could not stop gushing over the wallpaper, floors, ceilings, light fixtures, door knobs, shower/bathroom sink fixtures, photos, bathroom mirrors, stairway with lighting, exposed brick and little house plants that were scattered throughout the space. Everyday I was able to prop my laptop up on the deep window seals that face the square and work while watching everyone move about town. We loved watching the march madness games every night on the gigantic t.v. while having foosball, board game and arcade game tournaments.

Mike and Karen were gracious hosts! Their Airbnb was cute and had a beautiful front lawn. Would recommend to anyone needing a place in the area!

Our stay was great. The part that was very unprofessional, was the communication. Before I even booked at Roberta location, I reached out to her and explained my situation. We would be moving, we have not received a move in date. I asked Roberta if she was ok with us extending our stay. She had no problems until we arrived and I extended. She says the cleaner was coming and she didn’t want to pay to reschedule. Then the final day, I sent her 2 messages and she never responded. When you are running a business, be transparent. It’s a simple no Roberta you have children so you should understand why I reached out to you and kept constant communication. If you have to extend your trip and are staying here, be careful

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

We had a fantastic stay at this welcoming and homey place! The place was beautifully maintained and had all of the amenities we could ask for - especially the hot tub, which quickly became our favorite spot to unwind. During our visit, we experienced some unexpected issues due extreme weather, but Richard was incredibly responsive and had the issue resolved in 30 minutes. Beyond the beautiful space, Richard stood out as one of the best hosts we ever experienced!!! He clearly cares deeply about both the property and the experience of his guests. Highly recommend staying here and we are always looking forward to our next visit!!

Scott has an amazing home on a beautiful lot! Grandkids got to ride scooters on long driveway, adults drank coffee out on porch with sunshine warming us up. We gathered around the island while a few people cooked, played card games at large table, had bonfires and ate s’mores. Nashville is a short drive so make sure to enjoy Jason Aldean Bar…or any place, they all have live music. Nice parks nearby for the hikers in the family. My favorite part of spacious house was the shuffleboard and my grandson was hard to peel away from video games.

As a family that is pretty picky with where we stay this was by far one of the best places and best host. They were super responsive and helpful, we made contact many times and they were always helpful, kind and responsive. It was a fantastic place to stay, we didn't need to go anywhere if we didn't want to. so many beautiful places to visit near by. Great shopping and food. one amazing place super near by is Pickens Nose. A must visit. The place is super kid friendly, kids all all ages will love this. The bathrooms were super nice. we felt right at home all the way around. we found everything we needed was provided. As a family that cooks all our meals it worked perfect. This is a dream for parents with children! From a small nursery to bath soap and lotion. It made traveling with 3 small children a breeze.

This stay was amazing. We had 6 total. 2 adults, 2 college/ working, and two teen/ preteen. The private suites were spacious and perfect for spreading out. The master suite was amazing. The shower is huge and a very large bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the decks gave amazing views of the mountains and Gatlinburg. The theater is top notch and genuinely felt like we were in a theater watching a movie. We absolutely loved our stay and if traveling there again would stay again. Highly recommend Only warning is I recommend you arrive in daylight. Their directions are perfect but roads are narrow, windy and some quite steep so seeing it first in daylight is best. No need to worry - we had a minivan - but the roads climbing up require full attention. Also always go back the same way. Our GPS took us a back way at night and it was not pleasant on unknown roads uphill and curves. Wonderful place! Literally one of the highest and best views of Gatlinburg you could possibly get.

We really enjoyed our stay with Peter, and the place was as advertised! The location was peaceful and quiet so we could relax all we want. We really like the instructions to help us out with working out some of the amenities. I would recommend this place for sure and will hopefully book it on our next atlanta trip!

We Deep South Louisiana Cajuns who love to cook! We have stayed at many homes over the years and have never stayed at one that was so well stocked. The kitchen had more than enough pots, pans, dish towels, etc. the bathrooms had plenty of towels with an overflow of extras in the laundry. The game room & Theater room kept the kids entertained. Tara was easy to work with, very accommodating and quick to respond to questions prior to arrival. We definitely recommend this house & hopefully will return!

Our Family stayed at the Hacienda Roja for a Christmas Vacation and we loved the place. We had a wonderful time there. There were plenty of things to keep everyone entertained (including teens) and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We didn't even leave the house once we arrived. The house was clean and beautiful. It has an amazing view from the deck. We would definitely stay there again.

Kathleen was an excellent host and the house was incredibly fun to stay in with a large group (and still feel spacious). We had horrific weather and the house was a refuge (even when we couldn't use the roof). Kathleen was also incredibly responsible and showed up immediately to help solve a maintenance problem during the stay.

Great place! Very clean and spacious! On the trolly route so easy to get to town. We loved it ! Only wish i knew that kids were not permitted to go off on thier own on the property. I had two 13 year old boys Otherwise perfect place to stay

Slight delay upon arrival as unit had not been cleaned from previous guest. Reached out and maid was notified of change in guest. Location was fantastic so we were able to go do something fun while waiting for maid to come clean. Location is fantastic and right off parkway. Walking distance to many places. Close to everything and easy to access. Plenty of parking.

Josiah’s property was a great property for our quick getaway to Nashville! Easy to get to, perfect location to drive to The Grand Old Opry, BNA, or downtown sites. The premises were clean, bright, and had everything we needed for four adults. You should be quite pleased with all that Josiah’s property provides. Enjoy your stay!

This was an unexpected suprise!! The condo was beautiful, spacious and exceeded expectations.

Great place for our quick trip! Very easy to get to and so close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Great spot for a big group. Perfect location for walking to Market Square and Old City. Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay here again.
