The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Everything is extremely well marked and the jacuzzi was absolutely perfect.

The host Dave was very friendly and accomodating! It was very clean and the view was amazing.

Exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, big kitchen and spacious bedrooms and family room. Great for 3 of us for a 4 night stay. Neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and close to everything. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Great home. Very clean, comfortable beds, great location and spacious. Host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Easy check in and check out with simple instructions. Would definitely recommend to anyone that plans to stay in the area. Thank you for making our trip amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay with Peter, and the place was as advertised! The location was peaceful and quiet so we could relax all we want. We really like the instructions to help us out with working out some of the amenities. I would recommend this place for sure and will hopefully book it on our next atlanta trip!

Brandon was very accommodating to my group and I who traveled in for a bike race. The house had lots of open space in the living room/kitchen which made interacting with everyone very easy and comfortable. Couch was huge which also gave everyone a place to sit and relax. The backyard was very cute with the deck and pool which would allow for a very enjoyable summer day/evening. Brandon also had a little tub of snacks, water in the fridge, and a bottle of wine which also helped show how much they care about the experience of their guests. 100% will be booking with Brandon again.

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville! Anthony’s apartment was exactly as advertised!! Extremely comfortable and felt like home!! The grounds are well kept and safe. Great location short Uber to broadway. We are walkers so we didn’t mind the mile trek to Whole Foods to stock up for the weekend. Lots of browsing while walking. Would totally recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks for the memories!

We had a great stay at the condo. The place was super clean, comfortable, and just as described. It was a rainy evening so we spent hours at the indoor pool and my kids had a blast! The best part of all was the breathtaking view of the mountains. Waking up to a sunrise over the Smokies was truly unforgettable. I recommend the condo and would definitely stay again!

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

Me and my boyfriend made a quick weekend getaway to Nashville for his birthday. Zac was so proactive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Zac’s place is very clean, tidy, and we felt very safe. The people we interacted with while at the condo were also very friendly and easy to get along with. The instructions Zac gives is very clear, and the condo is very easy to find. Zac was great to check in and make sure we were settled and we had no questions. Publix is right across the street, with Restaurants being in walking distance. This condo is not in the smack middle of main street Nashville, it’s more on the outskirts so if you are looking for somewhere that’s not in downtown Nashville, this is perfect for you. I would recommend Zac and this rental property !

We only took the car out to drive through the mountains and to ride to Pigeon Forge. It was great not having to find a parking spot in such a busy area. This condo was perfect for the two of us even though there was a sleeper sofa for a third person if needed. This condo was very clean and an easy walk to main street Gatlinburg even for us senior citizens ☺️. We had a great time and would highly recommend this one! We hope to come back.

GORGEOUS property! The photos look great, but it’s breathtaking in person. I was so grateful we stayed here. Would love to come back someday. So much history and charm. The beautiful pool with overflowing hot tub was probably my favorite part. My husband loved the stone wall bedroom. I felt like I was in a historical fairytale. Could not have found a better place to stay while visiting the Georgia Renaissance Festival 💛

Perfect location just a short uber or drive to downtown. Great large home with an amazing backyard pool deck area! The roses and peonies were blooming and they were stunning! Comfy beds too! Plenty of space for large families to roam!
