This Was One Of The Most Amazing AirBnb Experiences Ive Ever Had. Our Host Extremely Understanding And Hospitable. The Place Was Completely Amazing From The Drive through The Gates Up To The Point Where You Lay Your Head Is Almost Nostalgic. The Bed Was Comfortable, the Place Was Extremely Sleek In Design and Very Clean. Did I Mention The Community Was Very Nice! We had to cancel our other Airbnb due to safety reasons and false advertisement. We were left stranded! We Explained To Our Host about our Situation and She accommodated us. Ms. April was A Blessing And Made My Surprise Birthday Catering event. Even That More Special With Her Great Attitude. This Air Bnb Was A Deal For Such Low Price But To Be Honest VERY Underated! This Needs To Be Corrected And Given ALOT more Value Based On The Quality Of This Host Property. I would Definitely Book Here Again And This Was A Moment In Our Lives We Will Cherish Forever! Thank You!

The place was beautiful looked just like the pictures. I lived the details in the house as well as the cleanliness of the house. Host was responsive and accommodating as well they definitely helped me I had a late flight. I will definitely stay again when I come back

Loved our love stay here as it felt like you a living in Appalachian safari because lots of deer, mink, peacocks, rabbits, eagles and more visited the property regularly. The river and surroundings offer the feeling or remote tranquility but the super fast skyline internet and town 5 minute drive away mean you are still close to civilization.

Easy access and was very flexible with check in time. Responded quickly when I reached out to them. Will stay again!! Thank you!!

Sheila is a true gem! We evacuated from hurricane Milton and she showed true compassion. She went above and beyond with hospitality and communication. I would highly recommend this Airbnb in big canoe. What a fantastic escape from all the stress at home! We will be back and we will request Shelia’s cabin.

Truly enjoyed our visit. We were able to rent both villas which was a must have with 2 adults and 3 kids. Beautiful villas, easy access to major roads, but secluded enough for privacy. Would love to stay again and strongly recommend!

Shane’s place was beautiful! We have a large family and booked three places and it was absolutely perfect for our family! The kids scootered around the driveway, people easily went back and forth between the homes, the dogs had a blast running around and we enjoyed walking the beautiful property along the creek! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family reunion, and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful location, close proximity to the lake w/ a slip, clean and looks just like the photos on the site! Great space and our group loved it! This is our second booking in two years and if we have the group again, we would book this location again in second!

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

This house is perfect for a large family. There was plenty of space to spread out! There were at least 2 portable cribs to use. Air mattresses if you needed them. TVs and plenty of lounging areas! Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked! It was a huge hit for our family gathering of 3 siblings and their families and grandparent’s!

We stayed for four nights. The views from this home are more incredible than any picture could capture. We stay in many rental homes when we travel. This is the most well appointed kitchen we’ve ever used. Communication with the host was easy and rarely needed. Lots of great instructions on how to do things around the house. And the space was just simply beautifully decorated. I wanted to spend time with my family in a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. This home did just that! Thank you for sharing your home.

Such a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. Waves of nostalgia in every nook and cranny of this house. Our family thoroughly enjoyed admiring the pictures, decorations, books and furniture! Preparing meals in the kitchen was an absolute treat. We have never stayed in such a well-equipped kitchen. The serving platters, cooking utensils, cookware and glassware were enjoyed by all! The home was clean and so peaceful. The fireplace was just icing on the cake! Everyone enjoyed our family trip and we hope to return!

Vella's Villa is an awesome space, with plenty of great amenities. The main house is full of awesome antique style! 10/10 Glenda is a fantastic host, who goes above and beyond to take care of her guests. We had a slight booking mishap, but she resolved it immediately and checked in to make sure we were taken care of.

Nantahala Lake is now our favorite lake. It's absolutely stunning and worth a visit, and the mountains around it are majestic. The house is beautiful, modern, comfortable, and peaceful, with the best lake views. Make sure to rent a boat to explore! It was our favorite day. We decided that when we return to Lake Nanatahala, we will rent a boat for the entirety of our vacation. We are big cooks, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The grill was clean and ready to use. It was only two of us, but the house would be perfect for two couples with kids. We are so thankful Craig and his family share their little slice of heaven with others. We had a great stay.

We had a great stay. The scenery is great, home was clean and comfortable with great amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus to get some much needed relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept very well every night. The location was ideal: just a 15-minute drive to the outlets and right at the tracks, making it extremely convenient for our Xtreme Experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.
