Our company placed team members here during a project, and the experience was excellent. The host was organized, communicative, and ensured the team had everything they needed. We’ll gladly rebook in the future.

The historic location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed exploring the area and discovering the history of the many building sites now restored and housing restaurants, retail stores, condos and theatres. The Flood Wall Murals added beauty to the area. Our host, David, responded quickly with instructions to find and enter the condo on the second floor above a business on Market House Square. You do have to climb 25 steps, but doable. The entry doors were secure and safety apparent. The condo was exactly like the photos. It was very clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. The hot water was plentiful. Snacks, water and coffee pods were welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient dishes and utensils but we ended up not cooking. We enjoyed pastries from Kirchhoff’s Bakery, dinner at Mi Lindo Mexican Grill and Stella’s where the service and food were outstanding.

Exceeded our expectations, location was great as we walked everywhere, the amenities were excellent, communication with Renee were above and beyond. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Thanks

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

Allyson and Pat are great hosts and we had an amazing stay! We stayed here during Quilt Week and it was so close to the convention center. It was spotless when we arrived and the area is so fun and great to walk around. I highly recommend!

My family and I loved our stay. The place was just like the pictures! Very spacious, beautiful and peaceful. Loved walking the trail, or sitting outside listening to the birds and having a fire. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. It was conveniently located, as we were close to Knoxville and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

Nathan hosted our dance team while we were in town for a dance convention. This home surpassed all expectations. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would absolutely recommend staying and will absolutely book again if our group returns to Nashville. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had!

Rachel’s Airbnb was beautiful, loved it, warm and inviting, I highly recommend it. It’s so comfortable I could live there! It’s located close to Mammoth Cave park which was our destination.

This place exceeds expectations. It is in the middle of town and easy access to local restaurants, etc. I will definitely book at this place again the next time I visit Martin.

We had a fantastic stay! Logan was incredibly accommodating—responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The place itself was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect—close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars and in a great neighborhood. Great value! Lots of space, well-appointed, love the location. Nice to not be right on the main drag but it isn’t too far of a walk (beautiful walk there). Gabriel and team are very communicative and responsive. Plan to stay here again!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.

Samantha and Connor have a beautiful place. We spent 6 days there for Spring Break and it felt like home. I reached out to them once and they responded to my concern quickly and had it resolved. We loved the cute area that the condo is located in, with plenty of local places to check out for food, coffee, or drinks. The Pine was our favorite spot that we visited. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the building/area was super quiet. I read in other reviews about the stairs. Overall it wasn’t a problem for us, but I see how it could be for people with mobility issues. If you’re able to handle stairs, I’d highly recommend this place. We hope to visit again. Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
