We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place! The home was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood was really walkable with lots to do. It’s hard to beat this location!

If Emily's place is available, don't look elsewhere, book right away! 10 stars! Our stay was amazing! It is adorable and so homey. The bedrooms were so quaint and the beds were very comfortable! The loft area was so cute and we wanted to stay up there but since there were just 3 of us, we decided to stay in the downstair bedrooms but if you have children or a larger party, the loft is just so cute! Emily really put so much thought into everything down to the plugs for your charging. We had so many outlets for charging our phones, etc. All of the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled, switches were labeled, etc. which was so helpful! She has a great kitchen with a great frig so you can bring in all your own drinks, and snacks. She even has a great washer and dryer! Emily was an amazing host! I am from California and we were visiting during tornado season. We got a tornado warning, I called Emily at night and she answered right away and was so reassuring and answered all ?s

Great house and location for visiting my daughter before she graduates from UT in a few weeks-only about 5 miles from her apartment. Beds were extremely comfortable. Place was very clean. Owners were excellent communicators.

Everything was so amazing. Our host was so nice and super helpful when we had an issue. Even provided some extra snacks and hot chocolate to help with our stay. Can’t express how much Judy helped make our stay so much easier and stress free 10/10. Cannot recommend this place enough to everyone. It’s near enough to everything to be a quick trip most places but also far enough off the main strip that you have the peace and quiet.

Matthew is a great host with a lovely home! He is friendly and very responsive. He provided clear check-in and check-out instructions, making the process easy. He also checked in on us a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s also close to downtown Nashville! Would definitely recommend this place!

It was so peaceful, sitting on the porch was so relaxing. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Patty was friendly and very welcoming. She invited us up to her porch, we laughed and had a great visit. We will definitely stay here again.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Just finished our 3 night stay. Absolutely loved the place! All around beautiful. Based off other reviews: we didn’t have any issues with the bed being uncomfortable, there were plenty of towels/dish soap/etc., also didn’t have an issue with thin walls. Only thing I would note that we haven’t seen in the reviews is the drive. If you’re not familiar with mountain type roads it can be intimidating/uncomfortable, but nothing to serious. Just take the roads slow and make sure you have it plugged in maps because you may miss a turn or two in the dark (guilty😅). It was about a 20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about a 25 min drive to Smokey’s depending on Gatlinburg traffic and hike location. Which we appreciated. Thank you Kyle!

It was very comfortable, a great location (especially if you’re like us and like to be close to town but have easy access to backroads to get around), and everything provided in the kitchen was wonderful. From day 1, we decided we would be back. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Great location, clean as can be, exactly as described and easy access to downtown. Quite neighborhood. Plenty of parking if youre going in a group. Will stay with them again!

Cynthia was great. Beautiful place, very clean, great location. Just a short walk to all the action, but still quiet. Definitely would recommend it. We would stay there again!

We had a great time and the place perfectly met our needs. The check-in instructions (complete with photos) were clear and easy to follow. The building itself feels quiet & safe, as well as being clean and updated. Bring a noise machine or use a phone app for road noise at night; that was the only downside of being close to a main road.

Great location. Several bars and restaurants with great food. Definitely stay there again.
