the location was excellent, many different restaurants, grocery stores, and the hospitality was great, I will definitely stay there again!

Carl's place was absolutely wonderful. it was so peaceful and we felt right at home. Carl and his son were both there to welcome us upon arrival and make sure we had everything we needed. Our dog was in the healing process from being hit by a car and they wanted to make him comfortable first and foremost and sent him some food and even came to check on him later that night. We wanted to extend our stay but it wasn't possible due to previous bookings but we will definitely stay again soon.

So serene and peaceful. Inside was decorated very cute! Several thoughtful amenities! All instructions were clear and either posted on the listing or on the whiteboard in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Gingerbread cottage! The house was just as pictured. Spotless, well equipped, very comfortable. Beautiful leather furniture in the living room. A very nice location convenient to our son and his family, and to all the family events we attended. We did not use the queen bed in the second bedroom, but the king in the master was super comfortable and was outfitted with excellent linens. Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

Beautiful home, plenty of space, and we had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay while exploring Nashville with a group of friends.

It is always a pleasure staying at Charlotte's place. Its peaceful and has ample amenities for my needs while I'm working in the Nashville area and Charlotte is a fantastic host.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

We were so appreciative of Jamey’s prompt communication and accommodation. The location is close to all of the main tourist sites in Memphis, and we had such a great trip in the city in large part because we had peace of mind about where we were staying for the extended weekend!

Would definitely come back for another stay here. Susan was extremely accommodating and provided us with snack and drinks upon arrival. Gorgeous neighborhood and view from the back porch of the lake. Super clean and comfortable space.

Paula and her place were wonderful. I was in town for a work trip and it was a lovely stay. We’ll most certainly come again as the next opportunity presents itself.

I was at the cabin for 2.5 months! I am a full time nomad and wanted a place to escape to rest and reset, and this was the perfect spot for that!! Beautiful property and the cabin itself was super cozy and I loved having the patio to drink coffee on in the morning, journal or just enjoy watching the animals. Stephen and Donna were super friendly and it was nice having them around in case I needed anything! I can’t wait to visit again and would recommend to someone needing a weekend of reset or longer term like I did! WiFi had no issues!

Jeden Tag gab es einen frischen Muffin und Café. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Zimmer nur weiterempfehlen. Ideal für Nashville Ausflüge. Beautiful AirBnB space with goodies (popcorn, candies & soda). My family and I felt right at home with the peaceful fireplace and movie night we had. The house seems to be sound proof, because it was raining and train horns would go by and inside you couldn’t hear the train. The backyard has a pond, fire pit and swing. Kimberly is very responsive and proactive with useful tips instructions everywhere. Did I mention she has a s’mores kit and burner for s’mores when it’s wet outside. We would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend to any traveling family.

Miss Maggie was very friendly and she made the best breakfast trays each morning, delivered right to our door! The place is fairly new and everything is clean and uncluttered. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The spacious property would be a great to have family come and visit. My husband even saw deer out in the yard early in the morning while we were there. This place is very peaceful and secluded so if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place.

Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!
