We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Private, 2-acre lake for swimming, floating, kayaking, paddle boating & hiking. Beautiful cabin style duplex - 660 sq ft open space to kitchen, living, and bedroom. Separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy sitting in the hot tub on a private deck while listening to the bubbly creek. This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. LGBTQIA friendly.
