Sopiko is a very nice and responsive host. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at her place. Convenient location, clean and cozy rooms.

Everything went very well in this location for the 2 weeks we were here except that the water has a problem and is either hot or cold, no in-between. We didn't mention it but because the owner is very communicative and helpful, I'm sure he would fix this solution or actually have a trick to it if asked. Otherwise, great space, very cute. Would possibly stay again for next time staying in Kutaisi.

The place was very good and peaceful. Zurab's parents were the host and was living in neighbor and always available for any support. No disturbance or interruption in anything. They were very friendly and treated us like family. Despite of the language barrier, we enjoyed their company. They provided extra blanket and sheets for my infant without even asking it. i would strongly recommend this place for stay. The place was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Will always remember our stay with them.

Fantastic Stay at Ketevan's Place! Manuel and Belen's stay at Ketevan's Airbnb was wonderful. The apartment is located in a safe, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood, making it an ideal spot for a restful sleep. Situated conveniently close to the Colchis Fountain, the location is perfect for exploring the area. There's an exceptional supermarket just 50 meters away, offering fresh, daily-made dishes that you can watch being prepared. It's a food lover's delight! The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you could need, and parking your car is hassle-free. Communication with the host was seamless, with clear check-in and check-out instructions provided. Overall, Ketevan's hospitality combined with the superb amenities and prime location made this stay unforgettable.

Increíble, fantástica decisión al alquilar la camper de Joni! La camper tenía todo lo que necesitas, incluso Joni días antes que nos fuéramos, colocó 1 sistema de calefacción en la camper que nos proporcionó un viaje más confortable por las montañas, ya que en algunos sitios hacia mucho frío…todo ha ido genial. La camper es perfecta para el malo estado de las carreteras en el país 😬. Cuanto a Joni, pues la verdad es que casi lo podría considerar como un actual amigo, una persona excelente y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos. Nos hice varios favores, pero quería salientar la gran ayuda en irnos a buscar el primer día y dejarnos el último en el aeropuerto…nos salvó la vida con esa actitud. Si vuelvo a Georgia, sin duda volvería a contactar con Joni para alquilarme la camper de nuevo. Muchas gracias por todo ✌️☺️

Great position, ultra-modern and spotless flat, hassle-free check-in, and an excellent host. I made a last-minute reservation late in the evening and I was able to access the apartment within an hour without a trouble. The self-service check-in facility is very convenient, and Lela provided valuable assistance. The apartment was very clean and extremely cozy, furnished with all essential amenities. Its prime location ensures quick access to the city center within just 2 minutes. I highly recommend it.

It was like staying at a relatives home. Very friendly. Taught me a few words in Kartuli, like ჭამე, წყალი. He is a good drinker (Me not so much). Always invites you into his house for food and drink (vodka and wine). Good cheese from his village. What was interesting was the washroom was more retro and therefore gave you a good glimpse of what life was in the 1980s The house is in a courtyard surrounded with other houses. The area around the neighbourhood is very historic. At the time of my visit, the roads were being relaid and paving stones were being used. I presume the area will exude charm once complete. The Mcdonalds is within a 4-5min walk from the house and they have table service. A full meal including a burger, fries,nuggets, drink and a pie was 19 lari which is equivalent to around CDN$10.00 There are several bus routes across the street from the Mcdonalds. 1-L, 3, 4 and others. #3 heads to Rioni train station, #4 heads to Kutaisi train station. The cost is 60 tetri.
