“Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. Aun así, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y sin duda lo recomendaríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!”

Almost everything was great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since Italy has stringent recycling and garbage disposal rules, it was unfortunate that the apartment did not have presort bins. Worse yet, the previous tenant lost the key card needed to dispose of miscellaneous waste (i.e. stuff that isn't simple paper, plastic, glass, or organic - which is more than one would think) so we needed to be rather creative about that. It would have been better had we been told about it ahead of time. The other oddity was that the dining table had only one chair, making it an awkward arrangement for two people. The kitchen counter had two stools but we needed that space for makeshift recycling bins. The apartment faces the courtyard which avoids all street noise but not air conditioning unit noise should you want to leave the window open. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station but 25 minutes to the old city center. However, bus service is plentiful. All in all, we would stay here again.

Pierluigi and Enrico are lovely hosts! They made us feel so welcome at the manor and went out of their way to accommodate our requests for dinners/a speaker/lights. The manor is beautifully maintained, they come every day to clean bugs because the manor is in the country. Because of that it's hardly noticeable! The beds are all comfy and the rooms are well laid out. Plenty of beds for a group of 15 and the bathrooms were all clean as well! Truly a magical stay! If you want to have a big event or celebration Enrico will hook you up with everything you need and happily accommodates special requests. There's also a sweet doggy, Pluto who hangs out in the yard, a pony who rroams the back area and a few kitties who will occassionally submit to some pets. Couldn't be happier that we chose to spend part of our trip here!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable particulièrement les extérieurs avec une mention spéciale pour la piscine qui est très grande, en parfait état et très adapté aussi bien pour les adultes que les enfants. Andrea et Viola ont été très accueillants, aimables, respectueux et de très bons conseils. De très belles vacances pour nous.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einem auch Privatsphäre geben. Saubere Unterkunft. Pool ist super schön und sauber der Garten als Sichtschutz gut angelegt. Der Hund Max ist sehr lieb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Auto ( auch Camper) kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Und Sergio hat uns sehr gute Tipps zwecks Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Enrico is een zeer gastvrije host. Vanaf het eerste moment reageerde hij snel, dacht mee en nodigde ons uit om mee te eten. Hij gaf ons een warm welkom, liet met liefde het huis en tuin zien en gaf tips voor leuke activiteiten in de omgeving. Heerlijke plek om even tot rust te komen. We hebben genoten en komen als we onderweg of in de buurt zijn zeker nog een keer terug!

Roberto ha una splendida struttura che cura con amore e passione! Il nostro alloggio è stata la Suite che per sei persone è stata perfetta! Tutto molto pulito, ordinato e arredato con gusto! La cucina è condivisa con altri ospiti e secondo me questo aggiunge punti alla struttura già stupenda di per sé! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!

Fue una muy buena elección. Se encontraba en pleno centro pero a la vez la habitación era muy silenciosa. Estaba muy limpia y el detalle del desayuno ( dulces, café, infusiones,...) fue muy agradecido 😊. Hay buses, restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Francesco y Paolo fueron muy agradables y nos ayudaron en nuestras dudas. Pudimos dejar las maletas y disfrutar más de la ciudad. Repetiría si volviera a Bolonia!
