Logement tout simplement parfait, facilement un des meilleurs que j'ai loués sur Airbnb. Situé dans un coin tranquille de Tortoli, il est déal pour visiter les plages et la région, puis rentrer dans un appartement chaleureux et agréable, où on se sent comme à la maison. Le jardin paisible à l'arrière du logement est un bonheur. De plus, Alberto a été un hôte extrêmement disponible et très sympathique qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour dès plus agréable. Merci!!!

Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

È stato un soggiorno stupendo dalla casa di Anna. Siamo stati accolti generosamente e con dolcezza. Era un vero piacere di ascoltare le sue storie. La casa è un piccolo paradiso con un punto di vista incredibile dal balcone e una anima tutta particolare. L’appartamento è situato perfettamente tra il centro, i ristoranti, la vecchia città ma è in una zona molto tranquilla. Grazie Anna.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Wir haben mit 9 Personen Manuela's Haus bewohnt. Es war ausreichend Platz und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool war "Gold" wert für die Kinder :) Der Ausblick auf das Meer und das tägliche Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist mit Geld nicht zu bezahlen, einfach ein Traum. Wir vermissen es schon....Da wir mit dem Auto nach Sardinien gekommen sind, konnten wir viele schöne Strände und Orte besuchen. Ein Boot mit Skipper haben wir auch gebucht, einfach mal am Hafen von Porto Corallo nachfragen. Er hat uns zum Schnorcheln und Baden an wunderschöne Buchten mit glasklarem Wasser gefahren. Das war ein Erlebnis für uns Alle. Das Haus von Manuela ist groß und mit allem bestückt was man so braucht, in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Anzumerken ist, dass es keine Filterkaffeemaschine gibt, sondern eine Kapselmaschine. Manuela ist wirklich ein perfekter Gastgeber, bei Ankunft waren Getränke (Wasser, Sekt, Saft) nebst Eiswürfel im Kühlschrank, ein Kuchen, Snacks, Nudeln standen bereit. Lieben Dank

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

Das kleine Haus liegt perfekt um mit der Familie entspannte Strandferien zu machen. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand vor der Tür ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Marcus war sehr angenehm. Marcus hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, eine Wiederholung ist nicht auszuschliessen.

A tengerhez közel kerestünk szállást, a repülőtèrről taxival közelítettük meg. Nagyon jól felszerelt, tágas, tiszta, kènyelmesen elfèrtünk hatan. Közelben Coop üzlet, 12 percre a buszmegálló. Cagliariba a PF sárga busszal mentünk, kb. 50 perc az út. Martina édesapja fogadott, elmagyarázott mindent. A hűtőben ásványvizek, az asztalon narancs ès citrom bősègkosara volt. Ami 1 kicsit hiányzott, hatunknak kevès volt a wifi.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Manuela war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Das Haus hat für uns 4 (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) vom Platz gut gereicht. Küche hat das nötigste was man braucht. Haben sogar Milch, Cafèpulver und eine Flasche Wasser bekommen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohn/Esszimmer reicht locker für das ganze Haus. Kühlt sehr gut!Das Grundstück ist ein Traum und liegt sehr ruhig. Es wachsen Trauben, Feigen, Kacktusfeigen, von denen wir essen durften und immer mal wieder haben wir frische Eier von den Hühnern bekommen. Super auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt.Der Weg zum Haus ist allerdings nichts für tiefergelegte Autos. Das Highlight ist die offene Terrasse. Nur die vielen Fliegen nerven etwas. Abends mit Kerzen alles Super! Die Strände in der Nähe Foxi Murdegu und Foxi Manna sind sehr schön und nicht wie viele andere überlaufen.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 days. The location of the apartment was perfect for walking around the historical spots, architecture and restaurants. About 5 minute walking distance from central train station and bus terminal from which we could go outskirts of the city and the airport (by train only at that time). Gianfranco came to us at the front door of the apartment building by himself and check-in process was super easy, and he explained every details of the house utilities. Although English was not mother-tongue for both of us, there was no problem in communication.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu u Valentiny. Wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo. Valentina czekała na nas i osobiście powitała nas chociaż było to w nocy. Jednocześnie udzieliła wszystkich niezbędnych informacji dotyczących pobytu, a także potrzebnych wskazówek o ciekawych miejscach do zobaczenia w Cagliari. Prawie codziennie kontaktowała się z nami, aby przekonać się czy wszystko w porządku. Miejsce tuż przy Ogrodzie Botanicznym jest wyjątkowo spokojne, blisko do centrum i na dworzec. W domu jest winda, co ułatwia poruszanie się. Żałujemy, że tak szybko minął nasz pobyt u Valentiny. Polecamy to miejsce wszystkim chcącym odwiedzić Cagliari.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

La casa è davvero molto bella e il patio con la terrazza si aprono sul mare regalando una vista incantevole per lo spettacolo dei differenti colori dell’acqua nei vari momenti della giornata e la magia del tramonto e della luna! La casa sia all’interno che all’esterno, nonostante i segni del passare del tempo, mantiene un fascino ricercato e un’atmosfera estremamente accogliente. Carlotta, che ringraziamo ancora, è un host molto disponibile e affabile che ci ha supportato prima e durante la vacanza al meglio delle sue possibilità. La bellezza del luogo ha contribuito a far sopportare l’assenza dell’aria condizionata e la gentilezza di Carlotta ci ha fatto superare il disagio della scalinata di accesso molto scomoda per i bagagli e per gli spostamenti: Carlotta ci ha aiutato personalmente con le valigie al check out e le abbiamo chiesto di evidenziare nell’annuncio con descrizione e foto le rampe di scale di accesso. The stay in Enricas apartment was perfect! Located in the center of Cagliari but still super quiet. Enrica was a great host who helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is very unique and we really enjoyed our time there!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Super Lage und super Wohnung. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

Wij hebben een fijne week gehad op Sardinië, vriendelijke behulpzame host, reageerde snel op vragen. Het appartement heeft geen woonkamer binnen, maar wel een groot terras.
