Logement au calme et a quelques minutes a peine du tramway qui dessert une des places centrales de la ville. Bien équipé, propre et confortable ! Bien qu étant excentré du centre ville historique, c'est très agréable de regagner le calme après une journée dans Rome. De plus le quartier de Trastevere est un vrai coup de coeur. Gros point positif du logement : les deux pièces ayant chacune une salle de bain. Cela permet d'avoir chacun son espace si,comme nous vous venez a 4! Merci Mannicci!

Staying at David's place was wonderful. When we arrived, David and his wife Mika gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. The following days we really enjoyed living in their house Tre Mari, it was cozy, very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed super comfy. The view was breathtaking. Finding the way to David's place was easy, because he described it really well for us. Be sure to rent a small car, because the roads can be tricky, but we can guarantee it is worth it! We also enjoyed the company of David's 2 cats that live outside while we stayed at Tre Mari, they were cute and cuddly. If you don't like cats in the house, don't worry, they stay outside anyways. Monte Argentario and the whole area is very well suited for daily hikes and breathtaking views, and there are many really nice bays for swimming. All in all we can very much recommend this place, it was a great vacation and lovely to meet David and Mika.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Benedetta’s place. Location is excellent— it’s an easy walk to the Colosseum, Trevi, and Pantheon. There is an elevator which is a big deal for us carrying heavy luggage. The place is huge and very clean, we had everything we needed. Best of all, Bendetta is an excellent host — very responsive and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour car l’appartement est idéalement situé. Il est très facile de marcher pour visiter les incontournables de Rome. Francesco nous a aussi donné de très bons conseils de restaurants. Il est très réactif et a toujours su nous aider pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux.

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

Ricardo ist ein wirklich zuvorkommender, freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Gastgeber, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden und genau richtig, um aus dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes streiften allerhand Tiere über das Grundstück wie Wildschweine, Fasane, Stachelschweine und Rehe. Die Hütte hatte keine Nachbarn und man ist vollkommen in der Natur der Toskana. Ich kann die Hütte vollkommen empfehlen. Einzige kleine Abstriche sind dass der Pool schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht mehr so frisch wie auf den Fotos aussieht und dass die Sauna etwas verzogen ist, wodurch an vielen Stellen Wind in die Sauna zieht und man relativ lange benötigt an kalten Tagen die Sauna und den Whirlpool anzuheizen.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place! The location is super convenient—there’s a metro station right downstairs, which makes getting around the city a breeze. The room is spacious, and the interior design is absolutely stunning—stylish, high-end, and full of thoughtful details. It felt just like staying in a luxury hotel. On top of that, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Great value for the quality and service. I’d definitely love to stay here again!
