Very nice Villa with plenty of space and privacy, perfect for a big group or family. The host was very responsive and accommodating so I would definitely consider staying here again when I next visit Tunis.

J ai beaucoup apprécié le calme et l intimité de la résidence qui est au coeur du centre ville. L apparemment était très bien aménagé et très confortable . Je remercie la disponibilité et l accueil du gérant qui a était tres reactif malgré ma réservation tardive .

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit Pool in Tunesien. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Besonders der private Pool war ein Highlight und perfekt für entspannte Tage in der Sonne. Die Umgebung war ruhig und sicher, ideal zum Abschalten. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps unterstützt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Our stay at Balkis’ place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The place itself was impeccable, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, making it easy to get around. Balkis was an exceptional host, easily approachable, very attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

The host was really helpful and friendly, he arranged our transfers from the airport with a really small charge, that’s been really helpful and saved us lots of stress, once we arrived at the villa he had a really warm welcoming, the house it’s really spacious and clean! Really nice rooms and really big spaces, everyone has been lovely to us even on the day we had to leave. I would definitely book with Amir again. Thank you.

Je commence par le hôte Aziz qui est très courtois très réactif et discret La villa est magnifique les photos sur le site ne montrent pas tout le caché de la villa en réalité la villa est beaucoup plus belle que sur le site et une très belle surprise La villa est très authentique bien fidèle à son époque tout en offrant un confort un redoutable. Une librairie est à disposition de quoi occuper les grands et les petits quant aux sportifs une belle piscine et un grand terrain pour faire de l’exercice Nous sommes partis à contrecœur à la fin du séjour

J’ai loué cet appartement pour la deuxième fois, toujours aussi agréable et bien entretenu. L’accueil a encore été chaleureux et professionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement !

This is my second time staying at Zeinab’s! It never disappoints. The apartment was so clean for our arrival. The location is great in my opinion. So close to the walkable Medina, one of my favorite parts of the city. The private rooftop is a great place to spend time in the sun with your morning coffee. The apartment is set up to feel like a home, not an Airbnb rental. I feel so comfortable in it. Thank you for everything Zeinab!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines formidables dans cette magnifique demeure ! La maison est parfaitement entretenue, avec un jardin superbe, idéal pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. C'est un véritable havre de paix. La piscine, très propre et bien entretenue, est partagée, mais nous n'avons croisé personne d'autre pendant tout notre séjour, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement discrets, nous ne les avons jamais croisés. Un grand merci également à Baya, la femme d'entretien, qui, à notre demande, nous a préparé de délicieux petits plats. Elle cuisine à merveille ! Si nous devions revenir à Tunis, il est certain que nous séjournerons de nouveau dans cette maison. Je recommande vivement cette location !

This is a great place to stay. Fatiha is a wonderful host who has taken tremendous care of us. She thoroughly explained everything to us about usage of the house as well as the neighborhood.

Raouf a été très accueillant et disponible. Le logement est conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Je recommande vivement et n'hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage.

The apartment is big and clean and in a very good area, close to the airport but also close to the city. The neighborhood was pretty safe. The only annoying thing was that the neighbors were sometimes loud, even very late at night, especially on the weekend, but of course the Airbnb organisers cannot influence that.

I had a truly special stay here in the heart of the Tunis medina. The interior design was stunning, with so much attention to detail, and the terrace offered a peaceful escape that felt like a hidden gem. Staying here gave me an authentic experience of Tunis. I loved walking in the dynamic energy of the medina, getting pulled into the rhythm of the streets, the blend of smells, sounds, and colors. It was magical. The host was also incredibly helpful, providing us with everything we needed. Can’t recommend it enough!
