We had an amazing time at this bungalow! The amount of detail placed into this rental is unreal and awesome! Whatever you think you need, they have thought about it! This is a great location to be near downtown and UT. We would return again for sure.

This apartment was perfectly sufficient for our family’s needs, but we will note that the photos make the apartment look a lot more high end than the complex is. We had a hard time initially getting through the locked gate (which we appreciated) but Lilly helped with access moving forward. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. Good value and decently located.

Lilly is an amazing host! She is accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Her apartment was perfect for four of us and is in a great location with easy access to highways, shopping and Hermann Park, including the beautiful Japanese Gardens. Thank you Lilly for a pleasant stay in Houston!

Lilly’s apartment is a nice place close to the MD Anderson Medical Center. The bedrooms are located on either side of the living room/kitchen area providing privacy. There is also a security gate to get into the apartment complex which I appreciated. Lilly was very flexible when there was a once in a lifetime snow storm while we were there. She was open to letting us stay an extra day if needed. My family played poker with the poker game set that was there and we made good memories. I would stay again.

our girls trip stay at Vahids was spectacular. super clean home with comfy beds and plenty of supplies. the views were breathtaking! Vahid was very helpful and responsive. we would stay again.

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all 12 of us! It was centrally located to everything we were interested in doing, and the food truck park across the street was a huge hit! We definitely enjoyed our long weekend!

Jeffreys Loft was very enjoyable. My husband and I enjoyed staying there. We were visited multiple times by the owners cat, Pixel, which we absolutely loved. Neighbors across the street were loud a couple times during the stay but not noticeable inside the actual loft.

A beautifully designed home, perfect for a peaceful retreat for my group. Everyone enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and Valerie provided thorough instructions and had great communication. Would definitely stay at again!

This house is the perfect lake house getaway! My wife and I had a great time and were so comfortable. Flip and Elizabeth are wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. What makes this house so special is the sunset view of the lake. It's high on a hill with a perfect view of the setting sun. The sky is truly magnificent. What's also great is there empty lots to the R and L of the house. So there's lots of privacy and the feeling of being in nature. I'd prefer this house over being on the lake actually. It's one of the best views you'll find in Point Venture (maybe even the best)! The house is super clean and updated. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are all beautiful. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The coach is great too while watching TV on the projector. We had everything we needed and more. I can't say enough about this place. We'll definitely be back! Point Venture is a special oasis in the middle of TX! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this upscale, beautiful home! It is exactly as appears in the photos, except that it honestly feels larger than the photos indicate. There is a ton of space! It was absolutely immaculate, and very comfortable and well-decorated. The kitchen is fully-outfitted, and the coffee maker is so awesome that I am replacing my Keurig with the same model at my earliest convenience! The various storage areas appeared to have every appliance, baby item, and extra you could think of (though we did not use them) and the beds and baths are very comfortable and well-appointed. We loved being able to park in the garage, but the neighborhood is super safe and I would not have worried about my car, even the the heart of Houston. The home is within a few minutes of the med center, museum district, Rice Village, and Rice University. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. We would be delighted to stay again one day! Thank you so much!

Awesome place. Made last minute weekend plans and found this place. Right along the beach. They have a hot tub and heated pool so if the ocean is a bit too cold for your liking you could always try that. Great place and great people.

Perfectly located to restaurants, beach, and the bay. We walked almost 85% of the time. The only negative to the stay was 25 mph winds for 3-4 days, which was just Mother Nature acting up. Would highly recommend

Overall our stay was fantastic! But to start, it was a little hard to find the parking spot. The directions were descriptive but a lot to process and decipher. Once we found it, it was a bit challenging to park in it. But we learned that many parking spots in Austin are narrow and tight. The condo is beautiful, has a cool character and was super clean. Unfortunately, the weather kept us off the rooftop terrace unfortunately but what a view! Wow. We felt super comfortable in the space and the neighbor was extremely welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again and encourage others to choose this space for their stay. It's cool! And the Whole Foods down the street is next level amazing!!!

this place is on my list of favs! It didn't disappoint in anyway. the interior was beautifully decorated, clean, modern, and inviting.. I would live there..... any questions I had, were promptly answered.. I will be back....... thx to the host and management! absolutely a 10

Unit was just as described. Clean and well lit outside areas. 1 block to the beach. Within walking distance to several things to do on the island. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo was modern, quiet and very clean. It was a perfect place to rest our heads after touring the great town of Austin. Thank you for the dining/drinking recommendations!
