Amin is a terrific host, responding quickly and taking care of any issues right away. The condo is beautiful and comfortable and the views of the beach water and grounds are amazing! The condo community is very friendly, the pools and hot tubs are great and the beach is right outside the gated access. The grounds and parking are secure and the whole island is at your fingertips. We have stayed here twice and we will be back again.

Great place to stay. Would not hesitate to book again. We always love S Padre island.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's South Padre condo. Our family has stayed here before and it never disappoints. The updated pool was great and it is so close to the beach. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you are planning to visit South Padre

We had such a great time! Elena’s home was close to everything. We were able to walk to the beach and to the restaurants around us. Elena was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay again

Nothing beats walking right out to the beach without having to drive anywhere. Laura had plenty of amenities to make our Easter weekend a fun and relaxing one - including boogie boards and beach chairs which was awesome. Easy to find and great location with a lovely cafe and other shops within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our little Easter getaway stay, and only wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you for providing the perfect place for us to relax and unwind in between all our planned activities. Amazing stay and we’ll be back!

The apartment is in a good location, walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The building has good amenities - although some aspects of the building are a little dated. The place was comfortable and able to accommodate six people (2 adults and 4 kids) comfortably.

Lisa’s place was very close to the beach. It has a beautiful view to the Gulf. It is a very good place for a small family to stay and enjoy the beach! I would recommend this place!

I loved this place! it was exactly what I was looking for while I was in corpus. The place was beautiful, and very homey. It's super close to the beach (not even a 5 minute drive) which I loved. I forget the name of the restaurant by condo but it was so good! and within walking distance which was a plus. Diane was great at communicating and responded super quick! I would definitely book again.

For Regina and I the condo was perfectly equipped for our visit to the beach. Kitchen and bath well equipped. Large comfortable bed. Great location close to the beach, restaurants, stores. I was impressed with the beach chairs, umbrella, and boogy board provided by Diana and Benaia to take to the beach. We had a great time thanks very much. Jeff and Regina

We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

The place was so cute ! perfect for my husband and I and one french bulldog. We enjoyed the snacks and the coozies were a nice perk. Location perfect. One recommendation would be for more comfortable bed and sofa sleeper/ pillows. Other than that - the place was adequately stocked with cleaning supplies, broom washer and dryer etc. Samual responded to every email and phone call asap. Thank you Samuel.

We spent the weekend here with my family of 6. It didn’t feel cramped at all. I like the location because the beach that’s within walking distance is less crowded than others. We had a great time in the water and playing in the sand. Loved the amount of beach towels they provide and the useful beach equipment, such as the wagon, chairs, and umbrella. Another added bonus was the shower right outside the unit at the pool. It allowed us to wash off all the sand before entering the home. The only concern for some may be the noise from neighbors who gather late into the night (as it was spring break for many). We didn’t have an issue, but Doug said to call him if there was any bothersome noise so he could address it. So, overall a great stay :)

Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach. Relaxing balcony to unwind at. Minutes from dining options. Comfortable bed and great location. Felt at home and instructions to get in are easy. Great value!

Very homey and comfortable bed . Plenty of sitting. The stairs are not bad. Luggage elevator instruction I feel should be at the elevator but maybe it’s not there for a reason 🤷‍♀️Really enjoyed our stay :)

Great place, exactly like in the photos. Jerry was always responsive before the stay and during. Access to the pool and beach was easy and fun. I would recommend to family and friends. Would come again.

Beautiful view! Exactly like photos! There was an A/C issue while we were there. We spoke with the front desk and the issue was resolved immediately. All of the front staff was amazing!! Kamal was always responsive as well The entire place was perfect! No complaints and definitely would book again without hesitation. There were beach towels, some extra beach boards and floaties in the closet. Plenty in stocked kitchen.

Loved my stay! The property was exactly as described and I look forward to visiting again.

Enjoyed the beachfront location. Quiet, pool areas not busy. Beautiful sunrise from the main bedroom and living area. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. Very spacious with room for 3 couples or 2 families with single child.

What an amazing beach gem! Colleen was spot on in her pictures and description! My parents and I had the absolute BEST time and cannot wait to go back! Colleen thinks of everything! You will absolutely want for nothing! Even down to some delicious snacks, candy, and wine that she left for us! The view of the ocean is AMAZING from her two patios! You can see it all and it is really a secluded gem of where she is located beachfront. You are literally steps from the beach, but nothing compares to her views and the sounds of the waves. Thank you so much Colleen - what memories we made and we cannot wait to come back!

My three teenagers and I spent our spring break at Karyn's condo in SPI. Karyn was great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The condo is lovely, with beach-themed decor and tons of amenities like 2 types of coffee makers, toaster, icemaker, games, puzzles, beach towels, and sand toys. We referred to her binder of recommended restaurants and activities many times. I appreciated the trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, bath soap, kitchen soap, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher pods - it was great not to have to go out in search of supplies immediately upon arrival. The view of the ocean is amazing - right on the beach. Pools and amenities at Saida II were great. My kids loved trying the boogie boards in the balcony closet on the high surf days. There was a problem with the A/C during our stay, and Karyn sent repair people the following morning and they fixed the problem immediately. We didn't rent a car and utilized the free bus daily, as well as the occasional cab.

Absolutely gorgeous views. So beautiful to wake up to every morning. It was close to everything we needed and wanted. The hosts are so proactive about communicating and giving recommendations. Loved all the little extras like toys/puzzles/kid stools etc. Made it easy to entertain my kiddos. Absolutely would recommend staying here.
