What a beautiful little place. The studio is wonderful. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable, lots of places to sit outside and enjoy nature and her lovely cats!. The host lives in the big house but we always felt private. Tik Restaurant down the road was a great recommendation, as was Laoleu Restaurant. The accommodation was a little hard to find. We would have liked to stay an extra week but it was fully booked!. The weather is the only thing which would have improved our 9 day stay!

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Baan Rom Pruk tiene un jardín, una piscina y unas instalaciones preciosas y acogedoras. está cerca de todo y es muy tranquilo. La familia no habla inglés pero se comunican muy bien y muy rápido. Son serviciales y siempre disponibles. ADEMÁS tienen servicio recogida aeropuerto. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Excelente

nous avons adoré cette villa située dans un petit village , loin de la frénésie des plages du sud de phuket. Quel calme dans ce joli parc avec les chants des oiseaux . Quelques très bons restaurants à proximité. Moyens de locomotion (scooter ou voiture) nécessaires. Merci à Noye pour son accueil et son aide lors d un souci de santé de mon épouse, elle nous a accompagné à l hôpital de phuket et elle est restée avec nous pour traduire les symptômes et diagnostiques.merci encore à elle . La magnifique et calme plage de Nai yang est à seulement 20 minutes en scooter. Bref je conseille vivement cette villa pour se reposer au calme.

Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Axels Farm sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft sah in echt noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und allein an der Einrichtung erkennt man, wieviel wert Axel auf seine Gäste legt. Das Bett war mitunter das bequemste, welches wir in Thailand erlebt haben und die Minibar war himmlisch. Axel ist ein offener, immer erreichbarer Host mit dem man gute Gespräche führen kann und die Hunde, die auf dem Grundstück rumlaufen sind alle super lieb und haben uns die Tage nochmal extra versüßt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und das Grundstück ist ziemlich abgelegen von großen Aktivitäten, aber das war genau das richtige für uns, da wir es lieben nicht-touristische Orte zu erkunden. Das Dorf auf Stelzen, welches nur 8 Minuten entfernt liegt, war ein Highlight auf unserer Reise und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Ebenso der Somdet Phra Srinagarindra Park in der Nähe war wunderschön, leer und voller Affen, die man in Ruhe bewundern konnten - Höhlen gab es dort auch viele.

Really nice modern apartment! Has everything you need. Apartment was spotless. The host is really helpful and replies promptly. The location is great, only 10mins walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops are an even shorter walk.

Very nice apartment in a luxury/high end development. It's a great place to stay with a nice beach and plenty of good pools. Same as the photos comfortable, spacious and clean.

We found the place just perfect! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate the available moka pot. There are plenty of extras provided (like an umbrella, beach chair, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) that are very useful for your first days. We also left a few helpful items behind for the next guests. The apartment is located in a quiet area, away from noisy cafes and loud music, which can be a problem at the opposite end of the beach. The bed is very comfortable, with a firm mattress. Water and electricity were paid based on meter readings, and for two weeks we spent around 1,400 baht. Nearby, you'll find lots of cafes and an excellent beach with plenty of photo spots. On the left side of the beach, there’s soft, clean sand without leaves or sticks. The water entry is sandy, with no rocks or corals. We loved everything about our stay, and if we return to Thailand, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Нам все понравилось. Заселение произошло в 15:00, Андрей был вежлив. Квартира как на фото, чистая, были и полотенца, тарелки, ложки, бокалы, даже маленькая соль и масло, это очень понравилось, даже мусорные пакеты Соседи либо очень тихие, либо их не было. Pros: - Great location on the beach and walkable to a few nice restaurants. - Very quiet, safe and peaceful condo and surroundings - good for families. - Kannika was very friendly and responsive to any requests or questions. - Clean unit with all the basics you'd need and good cookware, just bring your own way to make coffee if you don't like instant coffee from the kettle Cons: - A bit of funny shower plumbing with the hot water when the not-in-use bath faucet was turned a certain way but we figured it out quickly enough and now the host can guide guests if they face the same situation.

Great flat, exactly as pictures show and completely spotless. Nice touches with coconuts on arrival and a beach bag with towels and some toys for the kids. Pool was perfect and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Hosts were very responsive and helpfully suggested where to go for amenities. Definitely recommend!

I loooved my stay, the place was so pristine, the area is so lovely and cozy, with everything you could possibly need. The property is very well taken care of, the beds were comfortable and the location is unmatched.

Die Unterkunft entsprach komplett den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung. Andrii und Julia haben blitzschnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren sehr hilfsbereit. In der Unterkunft selbst war alles Notwendige vorhanden. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten zu essen und einzukaufen. Ein Strand ist nicht weit weg und schön breit und ruhig. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die die Gegend etwas abgelegen ist und es nicht so viel zu unternehmen in der Nähe gibt. Aber alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert.

Чистая, просторная квартира, отличная территория отеля. Jackie, сделала все возможно, чтобы мне с семьей было комфортно. Приятно удивлена была, что при заселении Jackie позаботилась о том, чтобы у нас было в холодильники продукты , даже печенье к чаю, очень приятно. Море расположено в 50 метрах от отеля, я была с маленьким ребенком, это удобно.

Проживали семьей в квартире на МайКао у Варвары в марте 25года. Очень хорошая квартира, чистая. 7 этаж. Все находится в шаговой доступности. 10 минут до пляжа, рестораны и 7/11 3-5минут ходьбы. Бассеин в жилом комплексе чистый. Понравилось что в квартире есть все необходимое для проживания с малышом. Варвара очень отзывчивая и хорошая хозяйка. Всегда на связи, очень оперативно отвечает. Мы точно вернемся еще раз.

Wir sind von Mel absolut begeistert. Sie denkt an alles (inkl. Ersatzbatterien), ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir empfanden die Geräusche der Klimaanlage als nicht störend. Der WLAN-Empfang in der Wohnung war für uns ausreichend. Die Außenanlage ist sauber, die Pools sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind in Ordnung. Die anderen Gäste in der Anlage haben sich ruhig verhalten, so dass alle entspannen konnten. Der Sandstrand und das Meerwasser sind sauber. Es sind keine Bootsanleger vorhanden, von daher ist es am Strand leise. Es waren keine Hunderudel und keine Mücken am Strand. Getränke und Essen an der Strandbar sind gut, schmackhaft und preislich angemessen. Es gibt alle 30 Minuten einen Shuttle-Service zum "Turtle Village", wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden. Taxis stehen vor der Anlage oder GRAB bzw. BOLT benutzen. Gerne wieder!

Ми дуже задоволені відпочинком у Nar! Відпочивали троє дорослих та двоє маленьких дітей. Красива та доглянута територія з різноманітними басейнами, на будь-який смак, охорона. Квартира відповідала опису, була затишною та світлою. Регулярне прибирання та зміна білизни, в квартирі є все, що потрібно, кухонне приладдя, правильна машина, навіть спеціальні засоби для дітей, як от підставка для ванної та дитяче ліжечко. Особливо гарною була тераса з видом на внутрішній двір, де можна було спокійно посидіти в кріслі і насолодитися видом. Ми вдячні Nar за його турботу та уважне ставлення, він завжди йшов на зустріч нашим побажанням! Ми залюбки повернемося, коли будемо наступного разу на Пхукеті)

This property is a great value! The unit was immaculate. Host is super responsive and friendly. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes. Direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. Surf can be a bit rough, but it is definitely swimmable. Highly recommend
