Yulia's place is stunning! It's exactly like the photos and exceptionally maintained. Yulia's communication was great, with advice on preordering groceries, and she arranged a cot which honestly was in better shape than almost every place I've stayed (incl many hotels), and she was super responsive about maintenance in the flat when there were a couple of niggles, and it helped that she had a local contact that could help out too. The location is amazing, the condo has a number of stunning pools, isnt far from the airport, and is right on a peaceful stretch of Mai Khao beach. There are a few good beachside eateries around, or you can head to one of the big hotels for food. It's all walkable or you can get a local taxi just outside the condo. NOTE: one thing we did miss was that there is a deposit that needs to be paid in CASH. It's not an insignificant amount so just make sure you bring enough - we didn't and there was no way to pay it via a transfer or similar.

Very nice apartment in a luxury/high end development. It's a great place to stay with a nice beach and plenty of good pools. Same as the photos comfortable, spacious and clean.

Отличное место для спокойного отдыха. Закрытая территория, очень зелено, шикарные бассейны. Магазины и множество кафе в шаговой доступности, до пляжа идти минут 10. Апартаменты свежие, все необходимое есть, тихо и уютно. Огромное спасибо хозяйке за встречу и помощь во всех вопросах!

Всем здравствуйте, проживал у Татьяны 17 ночей. Брали две квартиры, одну для себя, вторую для детей. Татьяна очень отзывчивый хозяин, если нужна какая нибудь помощь, то с радостью помогает решить проблему. Tatyana is a very responsive owner; if you need any help, she will gladly help you solve the problem. As an experienced traveler, I give Tatyana a five rating 😄

Everything was as shown on the pictures. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. Tours and taxis conveniently would pick you up in front of the condo. The balcony has a very private view with trees and birds. The bed linens weren't clean when I arrived but they kindly cleaned and replaced everything. I found the apartment is very clean and highly recommend.

Очень чистое просторное жилье. В пешей доступности шикарный пляж. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая. Очень насладились временем, поведенным в этой квартире.

We had a lovely time. This unit is in great condition and it’s big enough for a family of 4. It is exactly as portrayed in the photos.

Нам оказалось не совсем легко найти, но не смотря на это место и само Ольга очень классное особенно, если вы с ребенком все рядом рестораны, магазины и самое главное тихо и спокойно бассейн подойдут для детей любого возраста мне очень все правда понравилось я вновь вернусь спасибо 🙏

What a beautiful little place. The studio is wonderful. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable, lots of places to sit outside and enjoy nature and her lovely cats!. The host lives in the big house but we always felt private. Tik Restaurant down the road was a great recommendation, as was Laoleu Restaurant. The accommodation was a little hard to find. We would have liked to stay an extra week but it was fully booked!. The weather is the only thing which would have improved our 9 day stay!

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

We were staying for the night and it was a perfect place for us to stay for the time frame we had as the airport is 5 mins away and the beach, shops, markets and massage places are all within a 20 min walking distance. Easy instructions and clean place

Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Axels Farm sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft sah in echt noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und allein an der Einrichtung erkennt man, wieviel wert Axel auf seine Gäste legt. Das Bett war mitunter das bequemste, welches wir in Thailand erlebt haben und die Minibar war himmlisch. Axel ist ein offener, immer erreichbarer Host mit dem man gute Gespräche führen kann und die Hunde, die auf dem Grundstück rumlaufen sind alle super lieb und haben uns die Tage nochmal extra versüßt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und das Grundstück ist ziemlich abgelegen von großen Aktivitäten, aber das war genau das richtige für uns, da wir es lieben nicht-touristische Orte zu erkunden. Das Dorf auf Stelzen, welches nur 8 Minuten entfernt liegt, war ein Highlight auf unserer Reise und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Ebenso der Somdet Phra Srinagarindra Park in der Nähe war wunderschön, leer und voller Affen, die man in Ruhe bewundern konnten - Höhlen gab es dort auch viele.

We had a super comfortable stay at Joe's home in Phuket. The interiors are very aesthetically done, and just as shown in the pictures. The locality is not the best for tourists, not much to do around and it gets slightly deserted in the evenings. Overall a great stay to chill in the villa by the pool.

非常好的入住体验。第一天入住就准备了欢迎水果，体验非常好。房间每日打扫，极其干净。泳池正对大海，我的孩子们每天都要跳进去好几次。服务员每天早上来做早餐，让人感动。 带孩子入住的话，建议退潮的时候可以下海边去抓螃蟹，我们至少抓了几十只，非常开心。 唯一的建议就是如果早餐能够更丰富一些，比如每天有些变化，就更好了。

I loooved my stay, the place was so pristine, the area is so lovely and cozy, with everything you could possibly need. The property is very well taken care of, the beds were comfortable and the location is unmatched.

Очень понравилось отношение Анастасии к своим гостями. Тепло нас встретила, всегда готова помочь. Рассказала о ближайших кафе, магазинах, ответила на все вопросы. Очень быстро отвечает на сообщения и всегда на связи. Спасибо огромное ей за это! Квартира чистая, светлая, было всё необходимое для проживания.

Très beau condo, propre tout correspondait au photos, la piscine devant la porte! on avais même un plat de fruits on a même allongé notre séjour d un mois.

Чистая, просторная квартира, отличная территория отеля. Jackie, сделала все возможно, чтобы мне с семьей было комфортно. Приятно удивлена была, что при заселении Jackie позаботилась о том, чтобы у нас было в холодильники продукты , даже печенье к чаю, очень приятно. Море расположено в 50 метрах от отеля, я была с маленьким ребенком, это удобно.

Bekvämt boende ca 10 min promenad från beachen. Värden var lätt att kommunicera med.

We hadden de verkeerde datum geboekt. Toen reageerde Wilsanee heel snel met een oplossing. Uiteindelijk was dat niet nodig, maar we hadden het gevoel dat ze ons echt wilde helpen. Doordat we dus de eerste nacht er niet sliepen, moesten we er de volgende dag pas inchecken, waarop ze heel flexibel zei dat we al om 12 uur mochten inchecken. De kamer was geweldig! Je hebt een projector waarmee je netflix kan kijken, alleen werkt die alleen met Youtube (Disney+ en andere werkten niet). Verder een fijne tijd gehad! Het zwembad was een pluspunt. Als je ooit in de buurt moet zijn van het vliegveld, is dit een heerlijke tussenstop.
