We stayed as a family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children and the accommodation was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of living space for us to eat and socialise. Wahid was super responsive and helpful re check in and we dropped our luggage there on check in day before heading to the beach. The property is in a quiet road away from the main town but we walked with the children to both Surin and Bang Tao beach, both of which are fantastic with lots of restaurants and things to do. It's a lovely place and a good base for exploring the local beaches as well as a short taxi ride to Kamala. We would go back

We had such a great time staying at this villa. It’s big, beautifully designed, and perfect for a big family or group of friends. Everything was super clean, and the master bedroom (especially the bathroom) was really spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we loved having a big TV and fast internet for when we just wanted to chill. The private pool was amazing—we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the villa because it was so nice. The location is also super convenient: easy to find, only about 10 minutes from the beach, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Oleg was a great host—very responsive and helpful. He gave us lots of good tips about places to eat and things to do around Phuket. We even got a little gift and a thank-you card, which was such a sweet touch. I actually started recommending this villa to my friends while we were still staying there—that’s how much we enjoyed it. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance to visit.

I loved my 2-week stay on this villa. It’s well maintained, clean, I got free cleaning, and there was no deposit or electricity fees (unlike some other villas on the island). There’s also a restaurant in the villa complex which is very convenient. The location is perfect - away from major traffic jams of southern Bang Tao, and close to Porto de Phuket. Beach is 12 minute drive. I enjoyed every day of my stay on this villa (I was driving a car). What needs to be improved is to add the microwave oven — it’s pretty basic, and I lacked it. Also, laundry is only available at the villa maintenance at a fee or elsewhere at coin laundries. Overall, I do recommend this villa.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, meinen Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Villa in Phuket zu verbringen, und ich kann nur sagen, dass es eine unvergessliche Erfahrung war! Die Villa ist einfach atemberaubend – sie bietet viel Komfort und ist umgeben von üppiger tropischer Vegetation. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll, mit viel Platz zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Besonders gefallen hat mir der private Pool, der perfekt zum Abkühlen an heißen Tagen ist. Die Lage ist ideal: Ruhig und abgeschieden, aber dennoch in der Nähe von den schönsten Stränden der Insel. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den komfortablen Schlafzimmern. Es war der perfekte Ort, um mit seinen Liebsten die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ich kann diese Villa jedem empfehlen, der einen luxuriösen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Phuket sucht. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. С 1февраля- 16марта снимали кондо в Паттайе Southpoint! Хозяин встретил отлично, доброжелательно! Квартира чистая, светлая, все для комфортного проживания имеется! Вид отличный, как заказывали! Единственный минус- нет рядом автомата с водой, но хозяин поставил для нас на ресепшене кулер, за что ему огромное спасибо! Нам все понравилось! С удовольствием вернулись бы опять!

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

Wir hatten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe von einem der schönsten Strände von Phuket gesucht (Surin Beach) und sind so auf diese Wohnung gestoßen. Sie war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Zwei große Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche sowie separates WC und Dusche. Daneben sehr praktisch ein Stellplatz für unseren Mietwagen auf dem Grundstück. Supermärkte, Wäscherei und Strand sind alles in Laufnähe. Dennoch lässt sich mit einem Mietwagen noch sehr viel mehr auf Phuket erkunden. Montree ist ein sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und engagierter Host - wir waren sehr zufrieden!

We stayed at Piotr’s villa for three nights, and it was a beautiful, cozy, and private retreat. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Piotr’s was a wonderful host he kindly let us drop off our luggage before check-in and shared several great recommendations for the area. Great space! Loads of room and very clean and tidy. All as described - off the beaten path, 20min walk through beautiful farms to some restaurants, another 20min walking and you are at the beach. Like other reviews, there are doggos - they bark, I brought ear plugs and had no issues...and they aren't barking all the time. The bed is quite firm, but again...I anticipated this based on other reviews. overall, great space to stay and great value. Thank you

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt w tym domu. Obiekt znajduje się na uboczu w odległości dłuższego spaceru od plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Najbardziej lubiliśmy nieśpieszne poranki na tarasie w towarzystwie kotów i kur.

Great place, Good vibes, Properly maintained. Property is very clean and as per the pictures. Swimming pool and outdoor is big enough to spend some quality time. Host is very helpful to provide necessary arrangements.

Baan Rom Pruk tiene un jardín, una piscina y unas instalaciones preciosas y acogedoras. está cerca de todo y es muy tranquilo. La familia no habla inglés pero se comunican muy bien y muy rápido. Son serviciales y siempre disponibles. ADEMÁS tienen servicio recogida aeropuerto. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Excelente

nous avons adoré cette villa située dans un petit village , loin de la frénésie des plages du sud de phuket. Quel calme dans ce joli parc avec les chants des oiseaux . Quelques très bons restaurants à proximité. Moyens de locomotion (scooter ou voiture) nécessaires. Merci à Noye pour son accueil et son aide lors d un souci de santé de mon épouse, elle nous a accompagné à l hôpital de phuket et elle est restée avec nous pour traduire les symptômes et diagnostiques.merci encore à elle . La magnifique et calme plage de Nai yang est à seulement 20 minutes en scooter. Bref je conseille vivement cette villa pour se reposer au calme.
