Stay on a quiet street in Broadstairs, 5 minutes walk from the station and local shops, as well as 500m from Viking Bay. This is a separate studio space attached to the main house with a bathroom, full TV services and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.
