Relaxed Apartment with a Patio in The Castro

Brew a cup of coffee in a cozy kitchen with elegant tiling and find a seat on a decked patio wrapped in a leafy garden. Curl up with a book on a modern sofa in a living area boasting colorful paintings, a stocked bookcase, and exposed wood beams. The unit is a private apartment below the main house with a private entrance. There is one bedroom and a pull out queen sofa. There is room for approx four people (2 per bed) and one bathroom. The summer kitchen features a brand new quartz counter top, beautiful spanish tile backsplash, drink refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster oven (for light heating), and a full set of dishes and glass ware for pizza night at home. There is closet and shelf space for your extra goods and an iron with an ironing board. It's so close to the action it's not even funny! :-) Guests are invited to use the private patio space just outside of the guest unit. We live right upstairs so fully available to all guests during their stay and only a quick text away. The apartment occupies the remodeled lower level of a house in the historic Castro neighborhood. A vibrant nightlife and dining scene is steps away. Head to the iconic Castro Theatre to see a film or take a scenic stroll to Mission Dolores Park. The Muni is a 7 minute walk that takes you to the BART transport to the airport and downtown and financial district. Several buses that run through this area to the rest of the city. Busy area in terms of Lyft/Uber/cabs. Parking can be a bit tough at times, but we never have too much trouble finding a space a block or less from the house. The neighborhood does however, require a parking permit per day. Unfortunately, I have a limited number of passes and will not be able to offer these with the unit. Please be mindful that tickets may be given, but they are generally more sticklers about street cleaning that daily parking permits. I am currently trying to locate nightly parking facilities nearby. If you can manage here without a car, that would be best.

Dolores Park Suite

The private Suite is on a prominent site in Dolores Heights overlooking the popular Dolores Park and Mission Districts. Originally built in 1884 the Suite occupies the ground floor of the historic Victorian main house and features a garden outlook with a private front entrance. Dolores Heights is located high on a centrally located hill nestled between the Mission District, Noe Valley and the Castro and within walking distance of fine dining, shops, clubs, Dolores Park and ground transportation.

Dolores Heights Garden Unit

We offer “your place on a hill” in a very desirable neighborhood. Walk to Castro, Noe Valley, Mission, MUNI Metro and BART. This space offers an efficient European style kitchen with a Smart Oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, queen bed, comfortable couch and multi-use table. There is free parking for one car available. Your hosts, John and Jody live upstairs and are available quite often to answer any of your questions but we will respect your privacy. We appreciate a no-shoe policy.

This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. Clean & Central Classic in Duboce Tri (2BR+Office)

Enjoy my clean and comfy flat with two bedrooms, an office, a full kitchen, and a living room. There is a split bathroom (toilet split from shower/sink). The top 3rd floor apartment is located in the best neighborhood in SF-Duboce Triangle! Many people are surprised by how cool it is in SF, but it has been getting quite warm on average! That is why I have installed AC units in the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. Beat the heat and stay comfortable!

3 mins walk to Castro Neighborhood & transport

My apartment is quiet and safe but only 2 blocks from Castro Neighborhood, full of restaurants,bars and MUNI/Metro (the public transport) which puts you downtown in 15mins. If you like walking, its 30mins to Haight-Ashbury, Fillmore, Hayes Valley or the Mission. Its so central, you wont feel isolated here! And you get killer views overlooking the city and bay. I live downstairs so am available to answer questions.
