Please note. it is not the best fit for families with small children. It is a clean and roomy (almost 900sq ft), well lit space with ample windows offering secluded views of a creek valley. Less than a mile from historic 3rd St, it provides a centrally located urban sanctuary ideal for a couple’s getaway or buddy retreat.
