The property is located in a very quiet and green area with Epping forest a few minutes walk away. 2 mins walk to Highams park overground station. 25 mins by overground to Liverpool Street. 30 mins away to Oxford Circus station. 1 min walk to a big Tesco supermarket Please read the rules of the house before booking!

Beautifully modernised and extremely clean 2 double bedroom accommodation set within a shared home. Your rooms are located on the first floor and comprise of a large private bathroom, separate full kitchen, and two double bedrooms. The 1st floor landing is shared with only one other person who lives above, (mostly away on business, so you may not see him at all.) Myself and my daughter live downstairs and therefore do not go upstairs while we have guests as we highly value your privacy. :)

Large comfortable 4 bedroomed bay windowed terraced house. Easy bus and train links into Central London. Parking on drive. Attractive pub serving food nearby. I have 2 kittens Smokey and Jinks - they were born in April 2023 -they are still too young to go outside yet so are confined to the house. They are not allowed in the guest bedrooms but if doors are left open they may sneak in ! I also have a Cavapoo dog Caldey ( born October 2021 ) who is very friendly and loves everyone.
