The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay We are happy to provide recomendations to make your stay more enjoyable. We understand the pleasure of finding a favourite restaurant, cafe or local sight. Please feel free to ask. The building is located in one of Christchurch's thriving hotspots, the Victoria Street Precinct, complete with various top-rated restaurants. Hagley and Victoria Parks, The Art Gallery, Museum, Town Hall and Avon River are within walking distance. The choices are many and varied depending on your desire. Certainly walking is pleasant and convenient within the central city. Driving in Christchurch is easy and parking is readily available. Perhaps hire an electric bike dropped off to your door. Taxis are plentiful and the public bus from the airport to the city passes 1 minute away. Christchurch airport is a very easy 20 minute drive from the apartment Please note that the bedrooms and main bathroom is upstairs. There is no sleeping accomodation downstairs. Netflix is available for your entertainment should you choose to stay inand of course there is free wifi. Beautiful sunny apartment with off street carpark

Lovely sunny apartment with lovely views across the city and Margaret Mahy playground. There is units getting constructed across the road but the noise is very minimal and only during daytime. Please be aware when booking that there is strictly no parties. no pets and no smoking. Given that you are in an apartment complex with a lot of neighbours please keep noise down. If at anytime we are informed of excessive noise or a party, noise control will be rung and you will be asked to leave.
