Vicky’s place is ideal for a journey break conveniently situated very near the M40/M5 junction. There are several restaurants/takeaways and supermarkets in walking distance. The house itself is very homely and I had a great night’s sleep in the comfortable bed. A great place to stay for a single traveller or couple

Really enjoyed the three nights we spent at Jack's house. It was a perfect peaceful retreat overlooking a pond, and with a great view across the fields. Inside is well appointed, very clean, warm and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This house was perfect for our needs as a base to explore Warwickshire and visit friends. The house was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was a massive 5/5. A family of 5, 3 of which had mobility problems. It had everything we could ever want in a fully accessible home and more! Beautiful house, lovely large garden which my dogs loved! Not too far from main shops and a big field at the back of the house to walk the dogs. Highly, highly recommend for anyone with a family member with mobility issues. I can’t thank you enough!

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend The Pool house! Thanks to Geoff and Alan!

Beautiful stay at Sara’s accommodation. Spotlessly clean, so comfortable and homely. We are already planning our next stay! We dropped on luck with our weekend as there was beautiful sunshine with a gorgeous view from the garden area / view from kitchen. We absolutely loved the four legged friends (Tassie, Raz & Ginny!) The horsey Monty was also lovely. Thank you so much Sara ✨

We had a great stay in Moreton - a family of 4 plus dog staying for a few days whilst visiting relatives nearby. Our dog was made very welcome, the girls loved the hot tub and everything was clean, comfortable and easy to use. Note also that there is a new shower fitted, so we had no issues with water pressure as mentioned in some earlier reviews. It is off the beaten track, but as a result is scenic and peaceful, so we liked it that way! Thanks very much, will visit again.

We stayed at Badgers Rest for a combination of big family birthdays - 6 adults and 4 children. We’d been looking forward to it for a long time and it did not disappoint: lots of space for the adults and children to enjoy indoors and outdoors. We had everything we needed and enjoyed spending quality family time together as we could just get on with relaxing! Hot tub was a bonus and the birthday people were spoilt by having the garden room decorated for them. The welcome basket was much appreciated. The house was near a busy road which we knew before and the cars did not keep us awake at night so it was no problem at all 😊 Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The barn conversion was brilliant for a little get away with my wife and daughter. The Spa had wonderful views. Pool was a good temprature concidering the cold weather. Great to jump in the hot tub and sauna after. Great nights sleep with everything you need for a lovely stay. We both had a massage aswell which was absolutely brilliant. We will definatly come again.

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! We loved our stay at the Fox cottage. It’s felt like a dreamy stay in a picture-perfect English cottage. Tracie was so warm and wonderful. She gave us local recommendations, offered freshly-laid eggs, and provided us extra amenities on request. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed our time at this cozy cottage.

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

A lovely wecoming family with a beautiful home. We had everything we needed, with a lovely stocked larder for making our own simple breakfast and they were very responsive to our needs. It was perfectly placed to visit the local National Trust properties and to also catch the train into Birmingham. In the evening we enjoyed a strolling round their gorgeous grounds.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at Helen's. There was everything you needed in the house and extremely dog friendly. We wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Excellent.

We came up from Bournemouth to visit family and Rob and Nikki's place was lovely and homely and exactly as described. We felt right at home there and will be booking again for Christmas.
