It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. A completely remodeled comfortable 2nd floor apartment with King bed greets you upon entrance and gives you that home away from home feel. This is a half house apartment. No local guests. Property is available to international and out of town traveler’s.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.
