Mira made it easy to check in and out; the host reasonably asked to take out trash and put dirty towels in a bin before leaving, which didn't take long. It would be helpful to have more laundry pods and dishwasher pods available for people staying longer at the apartment. Overall, it is a great place, and we'd definitely come back!

Unit was great, near pool, and host was amazing and accommodating.

My family and I had a nice relaxing time. The location was perfect, tons of restaurants and stores, many at walking distance. The parks were not as far either. We went to Universal Studios and it was about 15 minute drive. The pool and lake view off the balcony was beautiful and perfect to watch the sunrise and have our morning coffee.

This was our second stay at Katharines and it was just as enjoyable. Love the location and the view over Lake Cay. Everything went smoothly on check-in. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Hope to be back in the future.

EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN! A 10’ de Disney Spring y a 15’ de los parques! El apartamento coincide con las fotos, estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Está decorado con mucho amor, Adir estuvo en todos los detalles para hacernos sentir como en casa. Lo recomiendo!!!!

Buena ubicación para los parques de universal, hay un publix a una cuadra. Cómodo para 4/5 personas.

Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

This condo was very much worth what I paid. I saved myself over half of the money I would have spent on a resort! The decor was beautiful, the kid room was very nice. I would definitely book again! My only con was the CLEANING COMPANY the building uses should mop the floors a little better, as my grandsons new socks were dirty when we took him out of his walker, but that wouldn’t deter me from booking again…and again the HOST was amazing!

El lugar me pareció my agradable y acogedor, nos sentimos como en casa, tiene todo lo que uno necesita para estar como y pasar unos días de descanso, muy cerca todos los parques Walt Disney, Sea World entree muchos más, me volvería a hospedar en este lugar una y mil Veces más..

where should I start? First off I put my filter to " Entire House". This was not a house, it was an apartment. There was barely any cleaning products, the dishes were dirty, and they charge for everything. They give you white towels and if they get stained they charge you for it. I wasn't expecting all of the out of pocket expenses just to clean the place du4ing my stay. The guidebook states there is a printer, however there was no ink or paper as it stated. When the owner came he told me nobody EVER uses the printer, and when he purchased ink and paper, and put it in the printer, it didn't work. The single bedroom toilet handle was off. Not enough thick blankets. I didn't know there was a pullout bed until the last minute because it wasn't listed in the description. We didn't use it because there were no blankets for it and it hadong dog hair all over it.

Great experience! Easy check-in and check-out. Shaun was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Place had all basic amenities needed for the stay and it was a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Orlando area.

Departamento limpio, cómodo con una cocina comedor bien amplia, todo funcionaba correctamente. Muy tranquilo en un segundo piso. A minutos de Walmart y The Loop paseo comercial (aprovechar la tienda de Nike). Cerca de los parques (25 minutos aprox. de Universal) y de los principales Outlets . Solo a modo de una mejora para que termine de ser perfecto se deberían renovar los colchones y obvio me volvería alojar sin dudarlo! Hasta la próxima!

This is hands down the most breathtaking vacation rental I’ve ever seen! The details are thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing. I hope we will have the pleasure of staying here again! I secretly want to gate keep this AirBnb! We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at OCCC. This rental was walkable, at under a mile, to the doors of OCCC. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was fantastic, and the towels were fluffy.

Our stay at Jimmy's place was great. We definitely recommend this place. We will stay here again.

Everything was as stated! Condo was clean, comfortable and very convenient for our trip. I would stay there again when in Orlando and recommend to friends and family! Our family had a great time!!

Overall, we had a very positive experience. Ryan was exceptionally responsive and accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, which made arriving and departing stress-free. This alone deserves 5+ stars in our book!! The property itself was clean and matched the description provided in the listing. We found everything we needed for our stay - all the essential amenities were available and in good working order. One disappointment was the shuttle service to the theme parks that was advertised as a highlight of the property. Unfortunately, we could never catch the shuttle at its scheduled times, forcing us to rely on Lyft for transportation to and from the parks. This added an unexpected expense to our trip. We do realize this is in no way any fault of Ryan's. Despite the transportation issue, the comfortable accommodations and Ryan's excellent host communication made for a pleasant stay overall. We would stay again while in Orlando. Angela

Great place to stay whilst visiting the theme parks. The resort has everything you need. The accommodation was spacious with good amenities. Bathroom could do with updating but apart from that it's a nice apartment.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the condo. The views of the lake and fireworks at night were a highlight. It was a quiet and peaceful location. Visiting Disney was only a short drive away. The hosts, Jon and Melissa were very quick to respond and provide information. We would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Orlando!

Had a lovely stay for four nights and found the location was perfect for accessing the convention center and Universal parks! The building and the unit felt very safe and was so affordable. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!!
