Our stay was absolutely incredible. We visited with our 11 year old daughters and the pool kept them entertained for hours. The house had everything you could possibly need. Hoedspruit is barely a 10 minute drive away and there are some incredible restaurants close by. The property itself is in a small reserve with no predators and you can do your own little game drive if you wanted. Property was really easy to find, there were loads of local tips from Annette and we felt very secure. We would certainly recommend.

Charlottes place was above my expectation. We had a really lovely stay and would definitely come back!

We were very fortunate to find this secluded spot on short notice and what a find! We were unfortunate to have limited time (late afternoon to early morning next morning) there, but we are looking forward to get back there. The cabin we stayed in has a view of the Blyde River through the riparian forest. From the cabin's deck I saw an African Finfoot wading upstream late afternoon, and apparently Pel's Fishing Owl has also been recorded. We encountered 16 Odonata (dragonfly and damselfly) species along teh river within a few minutes. Well designed, clean and comfortable cabin with all the comforts one may need. Highly recommended for birders and nature lovers.

My family and I had a lovely time at Miriam’s place. The house is equipped with everything that one will need. It was so nice to get peace and quiet we wanted for our down time. Unfortunately for us we didn’t get to see animals from the house. Even monkeys were missing in action 😅. All the facilities and games in the house ensured that we spend quality time together as a family. Just one thing anyone should be aware of is that network is not great at the house so if you do visit be prepared to be offline often. Thanks Miriam for allowing us to enjoy your lovely space.

Stacey's house is absolutely awesome. Based just outside Hoedspruit, the estate is very quiet with natural vegetation separating the property from the neighbours. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and living areas. Everything needed for a relaxing vacation is there. Beds are very comfortable, and WiFi worked flawlessly.

We had a really great time at Melani's place! It was such a cute little cottage in the forest. I loved that the 'living room' is outdoors, you really feel like you're relaxing in nature. We loved the braai area and firepit and the place had everything we needed. The location was great to be able to explore the Blyde dam and Hoedspruit. If you want to do the main hikes in the Blyde River Canyon just take note that they start at the top of the canyon about an hour and 15 minute drive away. Completely doable and its a breathtakingly beautiful drive but just be aware. Kampersrus is such a quaint little area, we really enjoyed our time here. I would highly recommend Melani's place and the area in general.

We had the best time here. The house is absolutely beautiful with everything you need. Lots of wildlife right outside the home. We loved every minute and will definitely be back again
